E na verdade só tivemos que passar em consulta novamente porque na última consulta 45 dias antes a médica receitou 30 sessões de fisioterapia em 3 guias e só assinou uma
E para assinar essas outras duas que ela esqueceu tivemos que sair de Mogi das cruzes com minha mãe cadeirinha e passar novamente em consulta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento. Faço fisio com a Dra Juliana e Dra Amanda, são ótimas. Humanização nota mil. Às recepcionistas são um doce. Dr Ronaldo bastante criterioso. Eu recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a nossa experiência foi péssima com setor de fisioterapia, a clinica em si tem uma excelente estrutura, mas a parte de agendamento para fisioterapia é um descaso.
Meu esposo teve AVC no mês setembro 2021 ficando na UTI após a alta entrei em contato com setor da clinica para agendamento, a qual a data mais próxima foi para 23/11 as 09:00 quase dois meses de espera.
Na data marcada chegamos na clinica e ficamos na primeira recepção por ser a primeira vez no local não sabíamos que a recepção de fisioterapia ficada nos fundo da clinica. após 15 minutos fomos direcionados para recepção correta.
Fomos atendidos pela recepcionista Isabela que nos informou que a tolerância de atraso era 15 minutos, expliquei para mesma que estava desde das 09:00 na recepção da frete, ela foi nas salas de atendimento falar coma profissional que iria nos atender e retornou informando que não iria nos atender, a mesma se prontificou a conseguir um encaixe devido ao ocorrido, entrei diversas vezes pelo whatssapp e a resposta que obtive até a data de hoje 29/12 que não possui horário disponível.
Deixo aqui a minha insatisfação quanto a essa postura e atendimento a qual deixou a desejar até o momento.
our experience was terrible with the physiotherapy sector, the clinic itself has an excellent structure, but the scheduling part for physiotherapy is a neglect.
My husband had a stroke in September 2021, staying in the ICU after discharge, I got in touch with the clinic's sector for an appointment, which the closest date was 11/23 at 09:00, almost two months of waiting.
On the scheduled date we arrived at the clinic and stayed at the first reception, as it was the first time there, we did not know that the physiotherapy reception was in the back of the clinic. after 15 minutes we were directed to the correct reception.
We were attended by receptionist Isabela, who informed us that the delay tolerance was 15 minutes, I explained to her that I had been at the freight reception since 9:00 am, she went to the service rooms to talk to a professional who would assist us and she returned informing her that she had not she was going to meet us, she volunteered to get a fit due to what happened, I entered several times through whatssapp and the answer I got up to today 12/29 that she doesn't have available time.
I leave here my dissatisfaction with this posture and service, which left something to be desired so far.
