EDIT. Minha avalição foi feita antes do contato via Whatsapp. Foi feita baseada na minha ida pessoalmente até a loja, onde o funcionário informou somente que não podia validar meu cupom e ponto(sendo que estava dentro do prazo). E ainda deu as costas dizendo que a promoção era antiga, sendo que se tem um prazo este deve ser respeitado até o ultimo dia. O problema só ficou realmente claro com o contato via Whatsapp, depois.
Não posso fazer uma avalição mais positiva pois não usei o serviço e realmente não gostei da forma que foi conversado dentro da loja, não foi dado uma explicação relevante e ainda de imediato foi oferecido para que eu pagasse o serviço novamente, o que não fazia nenhum sentido sem a explicação correta. certo? quem paga 2 vezes o mesmo serviço sem nem entender o que está acontecendo???
Ainda assim, avalio de forma positiva o contato via Whatsapp, que foi educado e esclarecedor.
They did a promotion on Peixe Urbano and the service was denied, even though it was on time.
EDIT. My assessment was made before contact via Whatsapp. It was made based on my personal visit to the store, where the employee informed me that he could not validate my coupon and point (since it was on time). And he still turned his back saying that the promotion was old, and if you have a deadline, this must be respected until the last day. The problem was only really clear with the contact via Whatsapp, afterwards.
I cannot make a more positive assessment because I did not use the service and I really did not like the way it was talked about in the store, there was no relevant explanation and it was immediately offered for me to pay for the service again, which did not do any meaning without the correct explanation. right? who pays for the same service twice without even understanding what's going on ???
Still, I positively rate the contact via Whatsapp, which was polite and enlightening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a troca de fluido do câmbio CVT, depois de muitas pesquisas cheguei até a Camp Oil, recomendo 100% pois encontrei lá valores muito justos para um serviço de excelente qualidade e capacidade técnica. Todo serviço foi realizado, com muito cuidado e com equipamento de última geração. O atendimento é mais do que excelente, todas minhas dúvidas foram respondidas antes mesmo de eu levar o veículo para realizar o serviço. Resumindo, serviço foi de extrema qualidade e confiabilidade.
