My experience was great I had to get a cell phone it was almost a month changed my plate formatted my cell phone removed parts left dirty with glue my sperm was really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um celular nessa loja com o Alexandro, um J8 usado que ele falou que esta perfeito, minha filha usou 3 dias o celular e ele estava muito lento, queria meu dinheiro de volta mas esse vendedor falou que ia resolver, tive que sair da minha cidade Piracicaba e levar até Americana, o vendedor constatou o problema resetou o celular e ficou bom, mas tive que gastar dinheiro pra ir la 3x, o mesmo falou que me faria um pix pra pagar a gasolina mas nunca fez. Agora o celular deu problema depois de uns 5 meses de uso, celular usado que compro com pessoas nunca me deu problema mas comprado nessa loja deu. Não indico pra ninguém essa loja.
I bought a cell phone at this store with Alexandro, a used J8 that he said is perfect, my daughter used the cell phone for 3 days and it was very slow, I wanted my money back but this seller said he would solve it, I had to get out of my room. Piracicaba city and take it to Americana, the seller found the problem, reset the cell phone and it was ok, but I had to spend money to go there 3x, he said he would make me a pix to pay for gas but he never did. Now the cell phone gave a problem after about 5 months of use, used cell phone that I buy with people never gave me a problem, but I bought it at this store. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
