★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , mesmo depois de sair da casa , querem lhe tirar dinheiro de todas as formas , Bauru já é uma piada por existir e essa imobiliária faz jus à cidade que não tem nenhuma atrativo , serviço zero , emprego zero , péssima opção de moradia e pior ainda esta imobiliária , não recomendo !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EVITEM!!! Péssimo!!! Assim como diversas pessoas que postaram aqui, estou tendo problemas ao sair do imóvel, inclusive sendo obrigado a pagar por danos causados pela VISTORIADORA!!!
Um absurdo, fui cobrado inclusive por coisas que me pertencem e coisas que não estavam no Laudo de vistoria inicial.
Nunca tive problemas com imobiliárias, essa é a primeira.
Se forem alugar um imóvel escolham OUTRA Imobiliária. Fui avisado sobre isso antes de alugar com eles por pessoas que passaram pelo mesmo problema...mas achei q era exagero. Quanto arrependimento!
AVOID !!! Terrible!!! As well as several people who posted here, I'm having problems leaving the property, including being forced to pay for damages caused by the SURVEYER !!!
Absurd, I was even charged for things that belong to me and things that were not in the initial inspection report.
I never had any problems with real estate, this is the first one.
If you are going to rent a property choose ANOTHER Real Estate. I was warned about this before renting with them by people who had the same problem ... but I thought it was overkill. How much regret!
