★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma casa antiga,a pia descolou de tão velha, o chao comprei uns cinco vidros de removedor de cera, etc, morei 9 anos na casa porém na hora de desocupar o imovel queriam a casa nova o vistoriador não perdoou nem uma marca de caneta no cantinho do quarto. Conclusão gastei uma grana alta pra sair do imóvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se trata de uma empresa idônea, eles não respeitam a contestação do laudo de vistoria de aluguel, eu por exemplo quando aluguei através deles, contestei que a pintura do apartamento não estava nova,um ano e meio após isso,quando fui entregar o apartamento pra me mudar eles me obrigaram a entregar o apartamento com a pintura nova,sendo que quando entrei a pintura não era nova,possuía descascados,manchas e muita infiltração.Cuidado ao alugar com eles,minha experiência foi péssima e alto prejuízo devido falta de honestidade da empresa. NÃO RECOMENDO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayendimento muito bom, mais eles deveriam colocar apenas as chaves principais da casa, me deram um chaveiro com 30 chaves e a casa so tinha 4 portas e nao eram da mesma marca que a port ou o cardeado isso e muito chato fiquei um bom tempo para achar as chaves corretas
