★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas no início da locação, recebi chave errada, apartamento sujo e cobrado taxa indevida no condomínio com juros ( por desorganização entre imobiliária e administradora). Ao entregar o apartamento, após 2 anos, mais dores de cabeça, incluindo problemas relatados em um nova vistoria ( a qual não estava presente), que não havia sido relatada na primeira (quando acompanhei cada passo), porém tive que mudar de estado e não tive opção. Não recomendo.
I had problems at the beginning of the lease, I received the wrong key, dirty apartment and charged an undue fee in the condominium with interest (due to disorganization between real estate and administrator). When handing over the apartment, after 2 years, more headaches, including problems reported in a new inspection (which was not present), which had not been reported in the first one (when I followed each step), but I had to change state and I had no option. I do not recommend.
