Nao é porque o serviço prestado é publico que tem que ser dessa forma
Lembrando que o Catrod interna muitos que estao demonstrando resistência ao tratamento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc precisa deste atendimento já se prepara. Chá de cadeira. Acolhimento no mínimo 1:30hs esperando. Consultas marcadas difícilmente será no horário. Se for dia de reunião de equipe ( Boa sorte) a melhor opção é para melhorar sempre que ñ for atendido, ou ñ se sentir acolhido, não ter o atendimento . Devê fazer ouvidoria tanto reclamando como solicitando o serviço se ñ não vai mudar nunca.
If you need this service, get ready. Chair tea. Reception at least 1:30hs waiting. Appointments will hardly be on time. If it is a team meeting day (Good luck) the best option is to improve whenever you are not attended to, or you do not feel welcomed, not having the service. You must do the ombudsman both complaining and requesting the service if it will never change.
