Quando seu pai faleceu, Buddy não perdeu somente seu melhor amigo e incentivador, mas também receitas e segredos de alguns doces. Mas não por muito tempo. Buddy conta que, com a morte de seu pai, se esforçou para criar a massa folhada utilizada para fazer um dos doces mais populares da CARLO’S BAKERY: o Lobster Tail (por tradução, Cauda de Lagosta), feito com massa folhada e recheio de French Cream. Ele não conseguia chegar à receita ideal de jeito nenhum. Até que seu pai apareceu em um sonho e mostrou-lhe como fazer a receita e dominar a técnica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre vou na unidade da Bela Cintra para comprar canoli. Ontem fui no Shopping Eldorado e comprei os canolis para comer em casa, as atendentes muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Fui provar umas 4 horas depois e, estavam crocantes, com o recheio suave e cremoso, enfim deliciosos. Hoje comi o último e para minha surpresa, continuavam iguais ao dia anterior. Comprei cupcake red velvet que estavam igualmente deliciosos. Parabéns ???
 I always go to the Bela Cintra unit to buy canoli. Yesterday I went to Shopping Eldorado and bought the canolis to eat at home, the attendants were very friendly and attentive. I went to taste it about 4 hours later and they were crunchy, with a soft and creamy filling, in short, delicious. Today I ate the last one and to my surprise, they were still the same as the day before. I bought red velvet cupcakes which were equally delicious. Congratulations ???

Os doces estavam lindos e pareciam muito deliciosos, mas eu optei pelo morango coberto com chocolate belga, que estava sensacional. Achei um bom lugar para tomar um café, bater um papo e adoçar o dia.
Small but organized store. The service is very good!
The sweets were beautiful and looked very delicious, but I opted for the strawberry covered with Belgian chocolate, which was sensational. I found it a good place to have a coffee, chat and sweeten the day.

Os preço estão dentro do esperado para a marca, o que não significa dizer que são baratos.
Tinha a expectativa de ver bolos maiores e mais bem decorados ou extravagantes (rsrsrs).
Recomendo o Lobster Tail com moça, massa folhada leve e crocante, e acompanha um recheio de french cream misturado com o famoso leite condensado, deliciosa! R$18

Bolos sob encomenda com preços que varia. Pelo sabor, tamanho e decoração! Recheios cremosos para todos os gostos. Está no shopping, bem localizado, limpo e muitos funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comi o famoso lobster de caramelo com flor de sal e tomei o cappuccino com essência de avelã. Achei tudo extremamente doce. "Ah, mas vc tá numa doceria". Eu sou praticamente viciada em doce, mas, pelo menos pro meu paladar, tinha muitooo creme de caramelo, muito doce e a flor de sal não deu aquela quebrada no sabor. Faltou a cremosidade do cappuccino e o fundinho do café, que também tava bem doce.
I ate the famous caramel lobster with fleur de sel and drank the cappuccino with hazelnut essence. I found it all extremely sweet. "Oh, but you're in a candy store." I'm practically addicted to sweets, but, at least for my taste, there was a lot of caramel cream, very sweet and the fleur de sel didn't break the flavor. It lacked the creaminess of the cappuccino and the bottom of the coffee, which was also very sweet.
