★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento cheguei não tinha ninguém no balcão pra atender fui perguntar falaram que já iam atender fiquei uns 15 min e ninguém atendeu depois a mulher chegou não deu nem boa tarde ficou no celular não olhou nem na cara, fui embora não volto nunca mais um verdadeiro é horrível comércio por conta desse tipo de funcionários péssimo.
Bad service I arrived there was no one at the counter to answer I went to ask they said they would answer I stayed about 15 minutes and no one answered then the woman arrived she didn't even say good afternoon she stayed on her cell phone didn't even look in the face, I left I'll never come back a real one It's horrible business because of this type of terrible employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lugar ridículo, você leva o seu bichinho procurando ajuda e é recebido com a maior frieza que se pode ver. Quando você vai comunicar que o seu animalzinho não vai resistir se espera que um profissional seja humano e passe a mensagem do melhor jeito possível.
Além disso escondem informações e quando compartilham não falam tudo, isso é desumano, é como fôssemos lá só levar dinheiro para eles porque é a única coisa que parece importar.
Passam infomacoes erradas, falaram que o teste para felv era muito caro e que não teria como fazer, levei a outro veterinário e foi 130 reais e o resultado saiu muito rápido. Pode ser duas coisas, ou a pessoa não sabia, mas deveria saber ou ela não se importou o mínimo para compartilhar a informação.
Se você tem um animalzinho doente não leve ele na Carlos Chagas de Poá é a pior coisa que pode fazer, vão inventar motivos para arrancar seu dinheiro e simplesmente te derrubar com as palavras sobre o diagnóstico do seu animalzinho
