★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom presencialmente mas pelo whatsapp fiquei no vácuo, mas achei remédios para meu cachorro mais baratos que em outros lugares.
Service is good in person but on whatsapp I was in a vacuum, but I found medicine for my dog cheaper than in other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cão para o banho e tosa higiênica,queimaram e feriram ele todo! Para completar,colocou muito perfume,meu cão ficou todo intoxicado,o olho inchado,quase perdi meu cão Ele ficou tão assustado,que, não queria nem sair mais p passear,de medo de levar o mesmo novai,para esse lugar;
I took my dog to the bath and hygienic grooming, they burned and hurt him all over! To top it off, he put on a lot of perfume, my dog was all intoxicated, his eye swollen, I almost lost my dog. He was so scared that he didn't even want to go out for a walk anymore, afraid to take the same novai, to this place;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo, sem cuidado nenhum com os cachorros!!! Levei minha cachorra pra tomar banho era 12:00 pq eles informaram que já iam dar banho, as 16:00 minha cachorra ainda estava na gaiola sem comida e água e nem banho ainda tinha tomado. Não secam o cachorro direito, deixam o cachorro fedendo e fora o atendimento que é horrível. Esse lugar deveria ser fechado. Nojentos
Terrible place, no care for the dogs!!! I took my dog to take a bath at 12:00 because they informed that they were going to bathe, at 16:00 my dog was still in the cage without food and water and had not had a bath yet. They don't dry the dog properly, they leave the dog stinking and out of the care, which is horrible. This place should be closed. disgusting
