Equipe de veterinários e profissionais super competentes, atenciosos, carinhosos e acima de tudo acolhedores. Não tenho palavras para expressar o quanto confio nessa clinica. Todos estão sempre dispostos nos atendimentos transmitindo aos clientes e pets carinho e confiança em todos os serviços (banho e tosa, consultas, medicação, vacinas, internações).

 Excellent place, modern and well equipped infrastructure for any service/treatment your animal needs. Team of veterinarians and super competent professionals, attentive, affectionate and above all welcoming. I have no words to express how much I trust this clinic. Everyone is always willing to provide care, giving customers and pets affection and trust in all services (bathing and grooming, consultations, medication, vaccines, hospitalizations).

Além de ter conseguido realizar os exames e médica-lá na medida certa e graças a Deus e a Dra e equipe, minha bebê está ficando cada dia melhor .
I would like to register my congratulations to Dr Thamires, an excellent professional, who took care of my dog, which is very difficult to contain with great dexterity, and did not give up at any time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe inteira é muito atenciosa, cuidadosa e ágil. O lugar tem uma ótima estrutura, todos os funcionários são muito educados e pacientes.
Minha gatinha ficou internada de sexta-feira a domingo, e todos os dias a equipe responsável pela internação me atualizava sobre sua situação, me mandava fotos e vídeos também. A Clorinda adorou o lugar (principalmente a mantinha rs) e foi muito bem tratada. Recebemos o diagnóstico prontamente e o tratamento foi muito preciso.
Agradeço muito todo o cuidado e carinho da equipe! Recomendo de olhos fechados!!
The entire team is very attentive, careful and agile. The place has a great structure, all the employees are very polite and patient.
My kitten was hospitalized from Friday to Sunday, and every day the team responsible for the hospitalization updated me on her situation, sent me photos and videos too. Clorinda loved the place (mainly kept her lol) and was treated very well. We received the diagnosis promptly and the treatment was very accurate.
I really appreciate all the care and affection of the team! I recommend with eyes closed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários e veterinários são simpáticos e atenciosos. No entanto gostaria de deixar um alerta para se atentarem. Levei meu cachorrinho lá com a queixa de estar com muitos espirros reversos e tbm para pedir exames de rotina pois ele é cardiopata, diabético e epilético (!!!). Passamos com o Dr Douglas e gostamos bastante, ele é super atencioso. Pediu um raio x do torax e pediu pra eu voltar no dia seguinte apenas para conversar sobre o laudo que só sairia em 24h e que seria com outro vet e ,quando perguntei, disse que eu não precisaria levar meu cachorro nesse retorno (pois ele é bem agitado e ansioso), no entanto a vet que me atendeu no dia seguinte ficou perdida pois viu o resultado do exame mas não tinha o animal pra examinar, e a partir do resultado do raio x receitou um antibiótico e protetor gástrico, mas ao começar a tomar esses remédios meu cachorro começou a vomitar mto e parou de comer. Levei ele lá novamente e falaram pra parar com o antibiótico, receitando novas medicações, mas ele não melhorou, a diabetes dele descompensou e ele chegou a vomitar sangue uma noite depois dessa consulta. Corri com ele pra lá e ele precisou internar. (Um detalhe é que nessa consulta de urgência após ele vomitar sangue, a outra vet do hosp que atendeu, ao ouvir todo o relato falou que o antibiótico receitado era forte, e a vet que receitou falou q passaria um fraquinho)
Enfim, ele internou e o pessoal da internação foi ótimo, mas foi muito angustiante tudo isso. Levei meu cachorro sem estar passando mal (apenas para exames de rotina e verificar espirros reversos) e acabamos com um quadro de urgência... Ao voltar para o retorno, ficamos sabendo que havia erros de resultados de exames feitos anteriormente na ficha dele, além de não terem realizado um dos exames durante a internação, e quando fui buscar meu cachorro, perguntei se havia sido realizado, a vet afirmou que sim e no retorno descobri que não. Enfim, foram muitas coisinhas e errinhos que poderiam ter levado a um desfecho pior...
Staff and veterinarians are friendly and attentive. However, I would like to leave a warning for you to pay attention. I took my dog there with the complaint of having a lot of reverse sneezing and also to ask for routine exams because he has a heart disease, diabetes and epileptic disease (!!!). We spent time with Dr Douglas and we liked it a lot, he is super attentive. He asked for a chest x-ray and asked me to come back the next day just to talk about the report that would only come out in 24 hours and that it would be with another vet and, when I asked, he said that I wouldn't need to take my dog on that return (because he is very agitated and anxious), however the vet who saw me the next day was lost because she saw the result of the exam but did not have the animal to examine, and based on the result of the x-ray she prescribed an antibiotic and gastric protector, but when she started taking these medicines my dog started vomiting a lot and stopped eating. I took him there again and they told him to stop taking the antibiotic, prescribing new medications, but he did not improve, his diabetes decompensated and he even vomited blood one night after that appointment. I ran with him there and he had to be hospitalized. (One detail is that in this emergency consultation, after he vomited blood, the other vet from the hosp who attended, when listening to the whole report, said that the prescribed antibiotic was strong, and the vet who prescribed it said that it would pass a little)
Anyway, he was hospitalized and the hospital staff was great, but it was all very distressing. I took my dog without feeling sick (only for routine exams and to check for reverse sneezing) and we ended up with an emergency situation... Upon returning for the return, we found out that there were errors in the results of exams done previously in his file, in addition to of not having carried out one of the exams during hospitalization, and when I went to get my dog, I asked if it had been carried out, the vet said yes and when I returned I found out that it was not. Anyway, there were many little things and mistakes that could have led to a worse outcome...

Very organized and clean. You can wait on site watching your Pet through the glass during all the processes from bathing to grooming. Really enjoyed.
