★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei uma foto para eles imprimirem um banner, pedi para personalizar e eles pioraram a resolução da foto, o banner ficou péssimo.
A Grafica antes de imprimir deveria rever a resolução da foto para não entregar para o cliente um banner com a qualidade ruim, amadores sem respeito com o cliente, eu teria vergonha de mostrar um banner dessa forma.
E ainda não me ressarciram os 50% que paguei no ato para fazerem o serviço.
NÃO RECOMENDO
I sent a photo for them to print a banner, asked to customize and they worsened the resolution of the photo, the banner was terrible.
The Grafica before printing should review the resolution of the photo not to deliver to the customer a banner with poor quality, non-customer amateurs, I would be ashamed to show a banner this way.
And I have not yet reimbursed the 50% I paid on the spot to do the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu primeiro contato e último com a gráfica. Fiz um pedido de cartão de visitas, enviei a arte com meu nome. Refizeram com meu nome escrito errado. Daí penso... procuramos um serviço para facilitar a nossa vida e não uma gráfica que não cuide dos detalhes. Enviaram meu pedido para eu aprovar e dei um ok. Para mim este procedimento de aprovação só existe para eximir a gráfica de seus erros grosseiros como esse. Ahh sim... entrei em contato para ver o que era possível fazer e o retorno foi dizer entrelinhas que o erro foi meu em aprovar. Uma pena! Ganharam os R$ 90,00 do meu pedido mas perderam todas as outras possibilidades de venda da vida de um cliente!
My first and last contact with the printer. I placed an order for a business card, sent the art with my name. They did it again with my name misspelled. Hence I think ... we are looking for a service to make our lives easier and not a printing company that does not take care of the details. They sent my request for me to approve and I gave an ok. For me, this approval procedure exists only to exempt the printer from its gross errors like this. Ahh yes ... I got in touch to see what was possible to do and the answer was to say between the lines that it was my mistake to approve. A feather! They won the R $ 90.00 of my order but lost all other possibilities of selling a customer's life!

No dia 16 quis fazer um pedido de almofada personalizada e enviei as fotos, pedi para ver como ficava antes de finalizar o pedido, como já havia feito em outros pedidos. A pessoa que me respondeu disse que teria que efetuar o pagamento antes e este nunca foi o procedimento! Como vou pagar algo sem nem saber se gostei? Desisti do presente e com certeza não indico e nem encomendo mais. Liguei para entender oq estava acontecendo e o atendente disse que esse era o novo procedimento da gráfica. Perderam um cliente. ****Se vcs checaram os pedidos anteriores, devem ter visto que sempre paguei após ver o modelo de como ficaria a arte. O funcionário que me atendeu por telefone disse que o procedimento da gráfica havia mudado, que não enviavam mais um modelo por e-mail, primeiro tinha que realizar o pagamento e depois enviariam o esboço. Isso não existe! Ninguém paga por uma coisa sem saber mais ou menos como vai ficar.

The person who answered me said that they would have to pay before and this was never the procedure! How will I pay something without even knowing if I liked it? I gave up on the gift and certainly do not indicate nor order more. I called to understand what was going on and the attendant said that this was the new procedure of the press. They lost a customer. **** If you checked the previous requests, you must have seen that I always paid after seeing the model of how the art would look. The employee who answered me by phone said that the printing press procedure had changed, that they no longer sent a model by email, first had to make the payment and then they would send the draft. That does not exist! No one pays for something without knowing more or less what it will look like.
