★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendente parecia estar zombando de nossas perguntas, ainda por cima com preço maior que nas outras gráficas e sem qualidade diferenciada. Mesmo assim quis insistir para fazer com eles, eu estava com pressa e sequer responderam meu email, apenas responderam quando cancelei. Não indico a ninguém, realmente não sabem tratar com respeito um cliente.
Poor service, the attendant seemed to be mocking our questions, on top of that with a higher price than in other printers and without differentiated quality. Even so I wanted to insist to do with them, I was in a hurry and they didn't even answer my email, they only answered when I canceled. I don't tell anyone, they really don't know how to treat a customer with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia recebido uma boa recomendação da gráfica, em um grupo do Facebook, e próximo ao dia 30 de dezembro de 2019, solicitei um orçamento para um cliente que possuía urgência. Fui prontamente atendido e o orçamento foi aprovado, porém por uma falha de comunicação das informações, tivemos alguns problemas e desentendimento durante o processo de aprovação e impressão. Ainda assim, a funcionária continuou nos atendendo se forma louvável, muito educada e fez tudo o que podia para cumprir o prometido. Independentemente de todos os problemas, inclusive muitos causados pelo meu (ex)cliente, o produto foi entregue, em ótima qualidade e só tenho elogios à empresa. Acredito que o importante é sempre haver diálogo, que conversando resolvemos todos os problemas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had received a good recommendation from the printer, in a Facebook group, and around December 30, 2019, I asked for a quote for a client who had urgency. I was promptly answered and the budget was approved, but due to a failure to communicate the information, we had some problems and disagreement during the approval and printing process. Still, the employee continued to serve us if she was praiseworthy, very polite and did everything she could to fulfill her promise. Regardless of all the problems, including many caused by my (former) customer, the product was delivered in great quality and I only have compliments to the company. I believe that the important thing is always to have dialogue, that talking we solve all the problems. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
