★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável que um cartório desse porte não tenha outros funcionários que possam substituir no horário de almoço/intervalo. Fiquei à deriva! Sem informações q tanto precisava. Aguardar duas horas e meia realmente é demais. Ufffa!!
It is unbelievable that a notary of this size does not have other employees who can replace it during lunch/break time. I was adrift! No information I needed so much. Waiting two and a half hours is really too much. Phew!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Cartório Aguiar é, sem dúvidas, o melhor da região. Possui estacionamento de até 60 minutos para os clientes, atendimento rápido, local climatizado e água mineral. Além disso, os funcionários são extremamente capacitados e sabem dos trâmites, o que me ajudou muito com a autenticação de documentos para fins internacionais, diferente de minhas experiências em outros cartórios da capital.
Só não dou cinco estrelas porque, infelizmente, eles não aceitam pagamento por aproximação ou PIX.
The Notary Aguiar is, without a doubt, the best in the region. It has parking for up to 60 minutes for customers, fast service, air-conditioned place and mineral water. In addition, the employees are extremely qualified and know the procedures, which helped me a lot with the authentication of documents for international purposes, unlike my experiences in other notaries in the capital.
The only reason I don't give it five stars is because unfortunately they don't accept contactless or PIX payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegue a senha na recepção, espere chamada no painel, execute o serviço no guichê, pague no caixa, volte ao guichê com o comprovante para receber os documentos de volta. Como muitos cartórios, demora um pouco, mas o fluxo é bem definido. Ambiente climatizado e água gelada disponíveis.
Get the password at the reception, wait for a call at the panel, perform the service at the window, pay at the cashier, return to the window with the voucher to receive the documents back. Like many notary offices, it takes a while, but the flow is well defined. Air-conditioned environment and cold water available.
