★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível focinario com preguiça de trabalha dificultando as coisas,fez eu volta em SBC e volta la só por causa de um papel que dava pra eles ver no sistema, péssimo atendimento espero nunca mais ter que volta lá....
 Horrible customer service, lazy to work, making things difficult, made me go back to SBC and go back there just because of a role that they could see in the system, bad service I hope I never have to go back there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ... fui fazer a certidão de nascimento do meu filho e não consegui por falta de documentos ... retornei com os documentos que a recepcionista pediu e quando fui fazer a outra moça disse que faltava mais documentos ... achei isso uma falta de respeito ... fiquei muito chateado com a falta de informação entre eles ... já perdi dois (2) dias e vou ter que perder mais um dia para retornar e tentar mais uma vez ... espero que esteja errado , mas fiquei pensando : será que porque não tem custo é dessa forma ... achei muito descaso comigo !!!
Terrible ... I went to get my son's birth certificate and I couldn't get it due to lack of documents ... I returned with the documents that the receptionist asked for and when I went to do it the other girl said that more documents were missing ... I thought it was a mistake of respect... I was very upset with the lack of information between them... I already lost two (2) days and I will have to lose another day to return and try again... I hope I'm wrong, but I was thinking: could it be that because it has no cost, it's like that... I thought it was very neglectful to me !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório é bom, mas tem um atendente muito mal educado lá, fui resolver uma situação de 2a via de Certidão de Nascimento e ele fez pouco caso, estava com preguiça de atender porque tinha muita gente na fila. Simplesmente disse que não poderia fazer nada e se eu não me virasse pra arrumar o documento eu não conseguiria casar.
The registry office is good, but there is a very rude attendant there, I went to solve a situation of 2nd copy of a birth certificate and he paid little attention, he was too lazy to answer because there were a lot of people in the queue. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui fazer o pedido do docs, a atendente pulou minha senha.. então é importante ficar atento ao painel de chamadas das senhas.. mas, na retirada dos documentos.. a atendente foi super educada e foi rápido também.. o lugar está sempre cheio. Porque faz casamento. Registro de nascimento / óbito, procurações etc.. é bom ligar antes para se informar sobre o assunto que for tratar..eles dão informações pelo telefone..
