Minha unica reclamação é que eles não cumpriram o prazo que eles mesmos deram para finalizar a minha documentação (escrito no protocolo entregue por eles). Eles alegaram que era devido os vários feriados da época, que o cartório tinha interrompido os trabalhos e acabou atrasando o serviço. Compreendo os feriados do calendário, mas deveriam se programar melhor e dar os prazos certos para os clientes.
Prompt attendants in person and over the phone as well.
My only complaint is that they did not meet the deadline they gave themselves to finalize my documentation (written in the protocol delivered by them). They claimed it was due to the various holidays of the time, that the notary had interrupted work and ended up delaying the service. I understand calendar holidays, but they should plan better and give the right deadlines to customers.

Excellent service both by phone and in person. Clean environment, easy access, has gel alcohol throughout the counter. I just didn't like it when I was told that they are not meeting the deadline scheduled in the service protocol.
