★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é pequeno porém é aconchegante. Muitas opções para comer e comprar. Pura tentação. O atendimento é ótimo. Pedimos fatia de panetone de passas com damasco na chapa, estava simplesmente maravilhoso. O café também é ótimo. Super recomendado.
 The space is small but cozy. Lots of options to eat and shop. Pure temptation. The service is great. We ordered a slice of raisin panettone with apricot on the plate, it was simply wonderful. The coffee is great too. Super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito deste café. Os produtos são de extrema qualidade e o café extremamente saboroso. Mas acho ruins alguns pontos. Tem poucos locais para sentar, e muitas vezes tem pessoas que levam notebooks para trabalhar e ficam ocupando mesas enquanto outras pessoas ficam esperando para tomar café. Acho que deveria ter alguma regra!
Também acho os preços um pouco exagerados.
Mas devido a qualidade e sabor dos produtos, faço questão de passar e tomar um café de vez em quando.
Gostaria de passar mais vezes.
I really like this coffee. The products are of the highest quality and the coffee is extremely tasty. But I think some points are bad. There are few places to sit, and often there are people who take notebooks to work and are occupying tables while other people are waiting for coffee. I think there should be some rule!
I also think the prices are a bit exaggerated.
But due to the quality and flavor of the products, I make a point of stopping by and having a coffee every now and then.
I would like to spend more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é aconchegante, o atendimento é bom, mas o painel com os produtos, preços e descrições fica exposto na parte inferior do balcão, impossibilitado a visão se não for o primeiro da fila, tornando o atendimento mais lento. O espaço para se sentar e bonito, mas muito apertado. O café é bom, mas tinha apenas uma opção gelada, que não estava tão gelada quanto eu gostaria, quando eu fui. Moramos num país tropical, precisamos de mais opções geladas hahaha.
The atmosphere is cozy, the service is good, but the panel with the products, prices and descriptions is exposed at the bottom of the counter, making it impossible to see if you are not the first in line, making the service slower. Seating space is nice, but very cramped. The coffee is good, but there was only one cold option, which was not as cold as I would have liked when I went. We live in a tropical country, we need more cold options hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não condiz com a qualidade do produto. Fraco, infelizmente um padrão nós estabelecimentos comerciais de shopping. Funcionárias desmotivadas, péssima energia, o cliente entra e já tem vontade de sair. Só não é 1 estrela porque o produto Bauducco é ótimo.
The service does not match the quality of the product. Weak, unfortunately a standard for mall commercial establishments. Unmotivated employees, bad energy, the customer comes in and already wants to leave. It's just not 1 star because the Bauducco product is great.
