O início da Bacio:

Tudo começou em 2009… Edo vem ao Brasil e se apaixona pela nossa cultura ao fazer trabalho voluntário em hospitais filantrópicos no Nordeste.

Ao retornar à Itália, em uma viagem com seu irmão Gigi à Portofino, reencontram por acaso do destino Nick, um grande amigo e amante de viagens, na Gelateria "IL Molo". Nick, que já havia morado no Brasil, decidiu embarcar com os irmãos em um plano que mudaria a vida de todos eles: uma gelateria de raízes italianas em terras brasileiras.

Edo e Gigi vendem um carro antigo, presente de seu pai, para financiar o projeto. Edo é formado por um mestre gelataio e viaja por toda a Itália descobrindo e explorando os mais autênticos ingredientes, fundamentais para um gelato extremamente delicioso e cremoso.

Unfortunately, you can't really know if you are going to like it, because, you are not allowed try more than two flavours (according to the person who served me) Even though, I bought three flavours, I had to randomly pick the third based on the names.
