★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava procurando um local para tomar um café com leite ou cappuccino no embarque internacional do aeroporto de Guarulhos, até para aliviar o frio desse aeroporto (o que eles fazem com o ar condicionado? Congelante)! Que surpresa a minha pois escolhi o lugar certo, pois o café era delicioso e o atendimento foi excelente! Se eu passar por esse aeroporto novamente voltaria com certeza para tomar esse cafezinho!
I was looking for a place to have a coffee with milk or cappuccino on the international departure from Guarulhos airport, even to alleviate the cold at that airport (what do they do with the air conditioning? Freezing)! What a surprise for me because I chose the right place, because the coffee was delicious and the service was excellent! If I go through this airport again I would definitely come back for that coffee!

Huge line and a couple making a mess to order because their child could not decide what to have. It is easy: take other people's order while they decide. Avoid that the line gets bigger. I politely suggested that to the lady in the counter and the answer was: if you are in a hurry go to other place. Never coming back. Cortez is beside Bauducco and has better attention.

Quality of panettone is very good
Service is nice but should be better organized (for example if you pay in cash they never have change)
Well located and clean.
Bauducco should take care for this investment do not turn back in a bad advertising...
