Não prestou atenção no meu pedido, não perguntou se queria pontuar no cartão starbucks, ficou conversando com a atendente ao lado.
Entregou o pedido tamanho errado (pedi short veio tall)
E o caramelo machiatto veio pela metade
Atendimento zero. Bem diferente das unidades que frequento
Precisa URGENTE de treinamento!
 One of the worst calls I have ever received (Feeh attendant)
He didn't pay attention to my order, didn't ask if he wanted to score on the starbucks card, and talked to the attendant next door.
Delivered wrong size order (ordered short came tall)
And the machiatto caramel came in half
Service zero. Very different from the units I go to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, no tomaron atención de mi pedido, pedí leche de almendras y me dieron leche entera de vaca, al pedir que me lo cambiarán, Flavia se molestó y con toda lentitud atendió otros pedidos dejando el mío para el final, luego se burló junto a la cajera por decirle gracias en su idioma. Realmente la peor atención que he recibido en Starbucks (y he visitado varios alrededor del mundo) NO LO RECOMIENDO.
Terrible experience, they did not take care of my order, I asked for almond milk and they gave me whole cow's milk, when I asked to change it, Flavia got upset and slowly attended to other orders, leaving mine for last, then she mocked together to the cashier for saying thank you in her language. Truly the worst service I've ever received at Starbucks (and I've visited several around the world) I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre uma experiência maravilhosa tomar café nesse lugar. Aliás, aos fãs de café, essa é uma ótima pedida durante sua viagem. Tem também uns deliciosos mini pães de queijo. O charme do café, é que eles sempre perguntam seu nome e escrevem no copo da bebida. Tem em todos os lugares do mundo. ?????
Always a wonderful experience to have coffee at this place. By the way, for coffee fans, this is a great option during your trip. There are also delicious mini cheese breads. The charm of the cafe is that they always ask your name and write it on the drink cup. It is everywhere in the world. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks Guarulhos Sao Paulo International Airport is pretty good compared to other Starbucks that I've been to, the coffee is nice and the food was surprisingly good as well, the Coxinhas in particular were really nice, I got some from somewhere else in the Airport and they were horrible.. but not these ones, they were great, with Chicken and Cheese inside I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff were really friendly and the prices were also really good value for money!
