Não recomendo a contração dos serviços.

Como proprietário contratando a empresa para administrar um imóvel por um ano, desde o fechamento do contrato o procedimento de vistoria de entrega de chaves, achei os funcionários muito apáticos, desinteressados, desinformados. Demoram para responder quando precisamos deles. A vistoria de entrega de chaves no final do contrato foi particularmente desagradável, com funcionária grosseira. No final do meu contrato, pedi para fazerem um orçamento do meu imóvel para colocar à venda. Além de demorarem uns dois meses, quando fizeram a avaliação finalmente, fizeram aleatoriamente. Determinaram um preço de acordo com os imóveis da região, mas sem vir aqui ver o imóvel, as melhorias, o prédio. Não achei proffisional. Por conta da minha experiência com eles, desisti de vender meu imóvel através deles, após esta vivência de 1 ano. Que pena um relacionamento profissional entre proprietário e empresa terminar minguado assim.

As an owner hiring the company to manage a property for a year, since the closing of the contract the inspection procedure for handing over keys, I found the employees very apathetic, disinterested, uninformed. They take a long time to respond when we need them. The inspection of handing over keys at the end of the contract was particularly unpleasant, with a rude employee. At the end of my contract, I asked them to quote my property for sale. In addition to taking about two months, when they finally did the evaluation, they did it randomly. They determined a price according to the properties in the region, but without coming here to see the property, the improvements, the building. I didn't find it professional. Because of my experience with them, I gave up selling my property through them, after this 1 year experience. What a pity for a professional relationship between the owner and the company to end like that.
