★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São muitos prestativos até você assinar o contrato, no pagamento de corretagem são várias contas diferentes que você deve fazer depósitos, e isso você fica sabendo só depois de assinar todas as vias do contrato, corretor Multini que nos atendeu omitiu muitas informações do empreendimento que nos vendeu e passou informações que não condiz com a realidade. Estou muito arrependido de ter feito negócio com esta empresa, pensem bem e procurem uma imobiliária melhor, em atendimento antes, durante e principalmente após a venda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda são super atenciosos principalmente o corretor que nos atendeu Kori que nos disse até que pagaria 4 parcelas do boleto pra fechamos no mesmo dia. Pergunta se isso aconteceu? Claro que não. Aliás só visualiza e não responde. Se você planeja ter mundos e fundos prometidos e ser frustrado é aqui mesmo. Só não volto atrás agora pq não tem mais jeito e graças a Deus já estamos tratando com gente de palavra lá na construtora, pq a raiva que to passando estando grávida não desejo pra ninguém. Fica de alerta pra quem for fechar alguma coisa com eles. Não cai na lábia não. O pós venda é péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima , pois estamos fazendo o distrato com a Zats , a perfil mesmo não nos dar retorno algum , nem no reclame aqui respondem péssima empresa , só sabem mandar email cobrando .

Por ser mal orientada pelo vendedor, vi depois de pronto, que ele não foi construído no local que me foi dito. A sacada do apê fica quase em cima de um bairro. Eu havia dito ao vendedor que queria um local com vista para as árvores, que fosse tranquilo e com face Norte. Não é nada disto. Se ainda tivesse sido construído longe do muro dava pra relevar mas, não. Está praticamente em cima de outra rua. Estava querendo sair do burburinho de SP e me deparo com isto. Vendedor mal informado é desastre na vida das pessoas. A Perfil deveria dar melhor treinamento no lançamento de imóveis. Perguntei se há possibilidade de troca e me disseram que isto é com a Zatz. Só que eles não atendem telefone, não respondem email e nem Chat. Difícil, muito difícil!!!

I was trying to get out of the hustle and bustle of SP and I am faced with this. Misinformed salesperson is a disaster in people's lives. Perfil should provide better training in the launch of properties. I asked if there is a possibility of exchange and I was told that this is with Zatz. Only they don't answer the phone, they don't answer email or Chat. Difficult, very difficult !!!

Destroi o sonho das pessoas sem n pensar duas vezes, fazem uma coisa e depois vira outro totalmente diferente, nós vendeu um apartamento com um fluxo quando a caixa logou já era totalmente diferente do q foi combinado são um bando de incompetente q só tão de olho no dinheiro..... e ainda quando falamos para o corretor q ia entra com ação ele falo "para não fazermos isso q a parte do dinheiro q foi dado para ele, ele iria devolver, pq
se agente entres com ação iria prejudica ele pelo fato dele ser estagiário ..." agora elfalamdo com ele por MSG cobrando o dinheiro ele falo q não iria devolver. Ver se pode!!!
