Escolhi a Solutech, que me deu o orçamento de R$110,00. Deixei a impressora lá com eles e em três dias estava pronta, funcionando perfeitamente.
On 11/04/2021 I asked three companies for a quote via Whatsapp to repair my HP D1560 printer. The one at Casa das Printers was the most expensive: R$235.00. I chose Solutech, which gave me a budget of R$110.00. I left the printer there with them and in three days it was ready and working perfectly.

I was very well attended, my Epson wasn't pulling paper, it was perfectly solved in a very short time, in my case 3 days. It probably only took that long because of the piece's delay.
