Atendimento perfeito. Relutei no início, pois foi minha primeira vez com problema no meu IMac 27. Cheguei a eles através de pesquisa na internet. Deixei o Mac para avaliação e em 1 hora tive retorno do problema. Cada passo do processo eu recebia uma mensagem me informando. Gostei do atendimento e me problema foi resolvido.

A Fix Tech é simplesmente perfeita, salvaram a minha GoPro 9 que deu problema no display. A GoPro 9 não foi feita para trocar esse display, normalmente quando se abre para a troca por um display alternativo, já que eles não produzem, costuma danificar um pouco a estrutura, mas eles são tão profissionais que nenhuma marca foi detectada após a troca, a câmera está funcionando perfeitamente e parecendo nova. Além de tudo isso, o cliente recebe pelo whatsapp cada etapa do conserto acompanhada de fotos e vídeos. Obrigado Fix Tech!

Minha Experiência foi excelente. Levei Nintendo Swich do meu filho para consertar. O técnico Henrique olhou o aparelho e verificou que o plugue que alimenta a bateria estava solto colocou o cabo no devido lugar e o mesmo voltou a funcionar como novo e ainda limpou por dentro. Quando indaguei pelo custo afirmou que não cobraria nada. Pois não houve serviço. Profissional excepcional e empresa idônea. Ganhou um cliente.
My Experience was excellent. I took my son's Nintendo Switch to have it fixed. Technician Henrique looked at the device and found that the plug that feeds the battery was loose, put the cable in place and it started working again like new and still cleaned the inside. When I asked about the cost, he said he wouldn't charge anything. Well, there was no service. Exceptional professional and reputable company. Won a customer.

Péssimo, após a entrega o controle de vídeo game veio pior do que deixei na loja.E ainda falaram que havia um problema do outro lado,querendo me cobrar por outro serviço que eles mesmos danificaram. Muita burocracia para identificarem o defeito,mas fazem um serviço pior do que qualquer barraca de camelô. Minha avaliação é zero,mas aqui só pode 1 estrela.
Terrible, after delivery, the video game controller came worse than I left it at the store. And they even said that there was a problem on the other side, wanting to charge me for another service that they themselves damaged. Lots of bureaucracy to identify the defect, but they do a worse job than any street vendor. My rating is zero, but here you can only get 1 star.

O atendimento inicial foi muito bom, quando contactei a empresa, onde me passaram todas as informações necessarias. Entreguei meu notebook Samsung na filial Meier, fui muito bem atendido no dia da entrega. Durante o reparo foram cordiais, sempre me deixando a par de tudo o que estava sendo executado e a finalização ocorreu dentro do previsto. Retirei o notebook e mais uma vez fui muito bem atendido. Aparelho retornou em otimas condições, reparada e funcionando perfeitamente. Agraade aos profissionais e principalmente ao Felipe, da loja Meier, sempre muito atencioso. Recomendo a todos... Excelentes profussionais.

Tive uma experiência nada agradável , desloquei o meu funcionário para levar meu macbook para um possível reparo na data de hoje 09/12/2021. E para a minha surpresa a atendente ( não sei se é nova na empresa ) a mesma estava muito despreparada para a tal função ! A mesma alegou que não trabalhava com essa marca Apple ! Quando ele me falou eu fiquei até com dúvidas se ele estava ou não no lugar correto , sendo que em pesquisas a fixtech vem como referência no reparo de macbook ! Queria um feedback sobre o ocorrido ! And to my surprise, the attendant (I don't know if she's new to the company) was very unprepared for this role! She claimed that she didn't work with that Apple brand! When he told me I even had doubts whether or not he was in the right place, and in researches fixtech comes as a reference in macbook repair! I would like feedback on what happened! Deixei meu notebook gamer inicialmente por um problema de superaquecimento do processador. Trocaram a pasta térmica e os thermopads, o notebook continuou esquentando além do normal mesmo em tarefas simples, e detectei depois de buscar que a bateria havia parado de funcionar, o notebook agora só funcionava na fonte. Argumentei que a bateria é praticamente nova, tendo menos de um ano de uso, é original e foi trocada pela Dell, e que não era ela o problema, que poderia ter a ver com a manutenção realizada por eles, ou algum outro motivo. Insistiram que o problema era na bateria, e que precisaria trocar ela. Quanto ao aquecimento, culparam a placa de vídeo (que nos monitoramentos estava com temperatura normal, entre 50 a 60 graus durante os jogos), e disseram que pra resolver teria que ser feito uma ajuste na placa que era arriscado e poderia não valer a pena. Não aceitei muito esse argumento, porque não sou leiga e sabia que a alta temperatura estava vindo do processador. Pois bem, levei em outro local onde fui atendida absurdamente rápido em comparação com os dias que levaram pra simplesmente me dar um retorno orçamentário ou alguma informação mínima (e só retornavam quando eu ficava em cima perguntando), o problema da bateria era um driver controlador corrompido (eu havia sugerido que poderia ser algo do gênero, mas fui ignorada pela equipe técnica), o problema foi corrigido em minutos e a bateria voltou a funcionar normalmente, inclusive estou usando nesse instante enquanto digito, e está funcionando inclusive em jogos. Quanto ao aquecimento, foi feito um ajuste nas opções de energia do processador, o que reduziu em cerca de 10 graus a temperatura em jogos, acabando com os constantes travamentos. Além disso, o local me indicou usar uma base refrigeradora, o que diminuiu ainda mais em alguns graus a temperatura, porque notebooks gamer têm problemas de arrefecimento, e em alguns casos as soluções são externas. Minha conclusão é de que eu estava precipitada em considerar o serviço do lugar profissional, porque o atendimento foi bem amador, tendo eu que argumentar e sugerir as possibilidades, sendo que eu sou cliente. Má vontade, técnicos que não fazem a menor ideia do que estão fazendo e valor muito alto cobrado pra troca de pasta térmica. Pelo menos ela foi aplicada de maneira adequada. É isso, espero que usem para rever os padrões de serviço de vocês, e o quanto querem se manter como uma empresa que só foca em dinheiro ou uma empresa que foca na qualidade de atendimento ao cliente. Só sei que nunca mais.

As for heating, an adjustment was made to the processor's power options, which reduced the temperature in games by about 10 degrees, ending the constant crashes. Also, the site told me to use a cooler base, which lowered the temperature even more by a few degrees, because gaming notebooks have cooling problems, and in some cases the solutions are external. My conclusion is that I was hasty in considering the service at the place to be professional, because the service was quite amateurish, having to argue and suggest the possibilities, given that I am a customer. Bad will, technicians who have no idea what they are doing and a very high price charged for replacing the thermal paste. At least it was applied properly. That's it, I hope you'll use it to review your service standards, and how much you want to remain a cash-only company or a quality-focused customer service company. I just know never again.

To be completely honest , my Macbook worked for about 2 weeks after it was first repaired , however they honored the 120 days guarantee when I sent it back to them to repair it again free of charge for what was actually a different problem from the original issue. I think this was quite honorable and exemplary of them. I also appreciate that it took a lot of time and effort on their part to find the problem but finally they fixed it. I got back my Mac its working again and hope that it will continue working though I notice that the machine is running kind of hot with a loud fan I am hoping for the best.
