★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente fiquei sem almoço na sexta feira Santa por incompetência das funcionárias da filial Botafogo que perderam meu pedido, que fiz e agendei cedo no Ifood. Depois de tentar ligar inúmeras vezes para loja, não foram capaz de se desculparem ou arrumar uma forma de reparar o erro. E nao deixaram eu falar com o dono/gerente, que se não ficar atento, vai acabar perdendo todos os clientes com esse péssimo atendimento. Realmente fiquei muito chateada e não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém.
 I just had no lunch on Good Friday due to the incompetence of the employees of the Botafogo branch who lost my order, which I placed and booked early at Ifood. After trying to call the store countless times, they were unable to apologize or find a way to repair the error. And they didn’t let me talk to the owner / manager, who, if I don’t pay attention, will end up losing all customers with this terrible service. I was really upset and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida excelente pedimos camarão com natas , bacalhau ao Brás e os pastéis de natas ( os tradicionais são os melhores ...com canela em cima e uma café ficam imperdíveis) , atendimento excelente; Porém tem apenas poucas mesas porque o espaço é bem pequeno, funciona melhor para delivery .
Excellent food, we order shrimp with cream, codfish à Brás and the cream pastries (the traditional ones are the best...with cinnamon on top and a coffee are not to be missed), excellent service; But it only has a few tables because the space is very small, it works better for delivery.

The pastel de Nata is the best I've had in Rio, super fresh. The filling options are also good. The place is super cute. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de hoje, 06 de abril de 2022, fui duas vezes nesse estabelecimento, sendo que na segunda vez, fui com minha família inteira. A despesa foi de R$53 e alguns centavos. No final, pedi uma "água da casa", onde a funcionária do caixa me informou que o estabelecimento não fornece, inclusive disse que elas têm de trazer suas "garrafinhas" de casa. Então, para ciência do dono da rede, quando pedi a "água da casa" não esperava receber do estabelecimento nenhuma esmola, gentileza, presente ou favor, ISSO É LEI, inclusive com penalidade prevista em caso de não cumprimento. Não quero nenhum favor, apenas cumpra a legislação QUE ESTÁ EM VIGOR.
Today, April 6, 2022, I went to this establishment twice, and the second time I went with my whole family. The expense was R$53 and a few cents. In the end, I asked for "house water", where the cashier informed me that the establishment doesn't provide it, even saying that they have to bring their "bottles" from home. So, for the knowledge of the owner of the network, when I asked for "house water" I did not expect to receive from the establishment any alms, kindness, gift or favor, THAT IS LAW, including the penalty provided for in case of non-compliance. I don't want any favors, just comply with the legislation THAT IS IN FORCE.
