Twice I tried to go in the morning (around 9:00) but the property was not open. Does not meet the advertised time on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei para comprar um bolo no pote, R$ 11, ao pagar no crédito, recebi como resposta “acho que você não sabia, mas só passo no crédito acima de R$ 20, na próxima você traz o débito ou leva dois”. Super desagradável, além de infração ao Código de Defesa do Consumidor, parecia que estava me fazendo um favor… levei o bolo de tão constrangido. Primeira e última vez.
I went to buy a cake in the pot, R$11, when paying on credit, I received the answer: “I don't think you knew, but I only use credit above R$20, next time you bring the debit or take two”. Super unpleasant, in addition to violating the Consumer Defense Code, it seemed like he was doing me a favor… I took the cake because I was so embarrassed. First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento pois a dona me deixou falando sozinha para atender uma pessoa que aparentemente estava melhor vestida que eu e no fim não comprou nada eu pelo menos fui na intenção de comprar mas depois da desfeita nunca mais entro ali
I didn't like the service because the owner left me talking to myself to serve a person who was apparently better dressed than me and in the end she didn't buy anything I at least went with the intention of buying but after the disdain I never go there again

Comprei também um bolo de aniversário, excelente, muito recheado e molhado ( abacaxi com coco) , a pontualidade na entrega é perfeita. Na minha experiência pessoal nunca tive problemas e sempre fui bem atendido. Como o movimento é grande , a proprietária e as atendentes são bem objetivas. Eu recomendo.
The cakes are really good, the taste and texture really reminds me of homemade cake. I also bought a birthday cake, excellent, very stuffed and wet (pineapple with coconut), on time delivery is perfect. In my personal experience I have never had any problems and I have always been well taken care of. As the movement is large, the owner and attendants are very objective. I recommend.
