★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sabemos o dia de amanhã, mas espero nunca mais ter que colocar meus pés lá. Péssimo!!!! Uma nítida má vontade de atender. Eu trabalho com público há anos. Fui super educada com eles. Fui o mais cedo que consegui e vi, que pelo horário, ambos atendentes colocaram impecilios para realizar a troca. Saí indignada, fui em outro lugar que fizeram a troca e o problema que eles alegaram ter (por telepatia pq sequer encostaram no meu carro) sumiu com a troca de óleo de cambio.
We don't know tomorrow, but I hope I never have to set foot there again. Terrible!!!! A clear unwillingness to answer. I have been working with audiences for years. I was super polite with them. I went as early as I could and saw that by the time, both attendants put impeccios to make the exchange. I left indignant, I went somewhere else to make the change and the problem they claimed to have (telepathically because they didn't even touch my car) disappeared with the change of oil change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei fazer a troca do óleo de câmbio e os dois atendentes que estavam presente se recusaram a fazer a troca alegando que o carro estava com "problema" embora o "problema" seja a falta de óleo. Por duas vezes. O rapaz demonstrou-se visivelmente incomodado assim que cheguei por causa do horário (1h antes do fechamento) foi até esse senhor que se recusou novamente a fazer a troca. Queria que fosse até uma oficina indicada por ele pra pagar por um serviço que não preciso para então poder fazer a troca.
I had to change the gear oil and the two attendants who were present refused to change it on the grounds that the car was "in trouble" although the "problem" is the lack of oil. Twice. The boy was visibly annoyed as soon as I arrived because of the time (1h before closing) it was up to this gentleman who refused to make the change again. I wanted him to go to a workshop he appointed to pay for a service I don't need before I could make the switch.
