★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante. Meu pai tem demência e pelo site eles seriam especializados em alzheimer. A propósito, no site a palavra alzheimer está escrita incorretamente. Meu pai ficou por apenas 6 hrs e quando fui buscá-lo estava urinado e com fezes, uma cuidadora informou que foi água que ele derramou e o enfermeiro do dia informou que meu pai não deixou ninguém troca-lo. Uma das cuidadoras estava chocada por meu pai ser agressivo e impaciente, o que já havia sido explicado que são características da doença e que ainda estamos acertando com o psiquiatra medicamentos para esse comportamento. Decepcionadissima com esse dia pois esperava mais visto, que a proprietária dona Claudia e seu filho Bruno, ambos enfermeiros, se apresentaram com vasta experiência na área.
Disappointing. My father has dementia and on the website they would be specialized in Alzheimer's. By the way, on the website the word alzheimer is misspelled. My father stayed for only 6 hrs and when I went to get him he was urinated and with feces, a caregiver informed that it was water that he spilled and the nurse of the day informed that my father did not let anyone change it. One of the caregivers was shocked that my father was aggressive and impatient, which had already been explained that they are characteristic of the disease and that we are still agreeing with the psychiatrist on medications for this behavior. Disappointed with that day because I expected more visa, that the owner, Dona Claudia and her son Bruno, both nurses, presented themselves with extensive experience in the area.
