Então quando você recebe a minuta do contrato vê que tem 15 páginas com cláusulas duvidosas, que ninguém consegue esclarecer do que se trata, mas também não podem ser excluídas ou alteradas.
Aí falam que o contrato que enviaram a você ainda não é o correto, vão enviar o correto. Você passa 2 semanas aguardando o envio do correto, que nunca chega. Quando cobra a enfermeira-chefe, está diz para aguardar mais um pouco. Você aguarda mais, pacientemente. Novamente outro contrato é enviado, com quase nenhuma mudança e as cláusulas estranhas permanecem. Quando questionada ela ainda diz não ser a versão correta. Quando chegará?
Com muito custo, consigo falar com a dona (que não quer de forma alguma passar seu contato direto). Então ela não consegue entender até agora o que você quer e o que está aguardando.
Com uma comunicação tão ruim já logo no começo, fico imaginando como seria depois, com essa enfermeira-chefe que nunca consegue te esclarecer as coisas e tampouco passa os recados corretos para a dona, que, como já disse, não quer contato direto com as famílias.
Quem for deixar seu parente lá, um conselho: não fiquem iludidos com o visual. Melhor que tudo novo, é uma relação de confiança. Essa dúvido existir.

At a great cost, I can talk to the owner (who does not want to pass on her direct contact). So she still can't understand what you want and what you're waiting for.
With such a bad communication right from the start, I wonder what it would be like afterwards, with this head nurse who can never clear things up for you, nor does she pass on the correct messages to the owner, who, as I said, does not want direct contact with people. families.
Whoever is going to leave their relative there, a piece of advice: do not be deceived by the look. Best of all, it is a relationship of trust. That doubt exist.
