-Cuidadoras: Impacientes.
-Cuidados com os pertences da paciente: Péssimo.
-Comunicação e transparência: Ruim.
My experience with my mother in this house for 1 month was unsatisfactory in these 3 items:
-Caregivers: Impatient.
-Caring for the patient's belongings: Terrible.
-Communication and transparency: Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O residencial viver bem foi a melhor escolha que fizemos para a nossa Abuelita. Ela morou lá por 5 anos e sempre esteve muito bem cuidada. As funcionárias sempre muito atenciosas e carinhosas, o espaço físico muito confortável, limpo e aconchegante.
Os donos são muito queridos, pessoas dedicadas ao bem estar das moradoras, proporcionando uma segurança tranquilizadora para as famílias. Super recomendo, sou muito grata por terem cuidado da nossa Abuelita com tanto carinho.
Living well was the best choice we made for our Abuelita. She lived there for 5 years and was always very well looked after. The employees are always very attentive and caring, the physical space very comfortable, clean and cozy.
Owners are very dear, people dedicated to the well-being of residents, providing reassuring security for families. I highly recommend it, I am very grateful for taking such care of our Abuelita.

O amor da dona pelo que faz é simplesmente incrível. Quando mandamos a minha avó para lá, estávamos com medo por ela ter que deixar a casa que sempre viveu, mas a Betina nos acolheu e acolheu a minha vó da melhor forma. Todo o tempo que esteve lá, teve melhora ao andar, voltou a comer, foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. Somos todos muito gratos por todo o carinho e atenção das cuidadoras e dos donos (sempre muito presentes).
A casa é grande, clara, bem ventilada e super bem higienizada.
Sempre com atividades para distrair as moradoras.
Ótima experiência.

Excellent residential only for ladies!
The lady's love for what she does is just incredible. When we sent my grandmother there, we were afraid that she would have to leave the house she always lived in, but Betina welcomed us and welcomed my grandmother in the best way. All the time he was there, he got better walking, went back to eating, it was the best choice we made. We are all very grateful for all the care and attention of the caregivers and owners (always very present).
The house is large, clear, well ventilated and very well cleaned.
Always with activities to distract residents.
Great experience.
I recommend!
