Bad service, and a lot of lack of commitment to customers. I spent almost a month waiting for information about the printer, I had to call to get the information, and the impression I got was that they didn't even verify the reported problem.

Em 2 semanas já levei minha impressora 2 x e ainda assim não consertaram o problema real dela que era apenas o papel saindo manchado que por sinal ainda continua.
Terrible experience, do not recommend to anyone! I took my printer with 1 problem and left with about 3 different problems! In 2 weeks I already took my printer 2 times and still they didn't fix the real problem of it which was just the paper coming out smudged which by the way still continues.
