Tinha comprado um ventilador na internet na magazine luiza, chegou em casa, vidro quebrado, e motor amassado. Pensa num pesadelo para resolver. Agora só comprarei nesta loja. Produto já instalado e satisfeita. E preços normais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um ventilador de teto com eles recentemente e fui super bem atendida. A vendedora Nathalia foi super prestativa e educada, mandou fotos, tirou dúvidas, gostei muito. E o instalador Reginaldo também foi ótimo, foi a segunda vez dele aqui em casa e os dois ventiladores ficaram perfeitos, muito bem instalados.
Além disso, o ventilador é excelente, preço bom e qualidade ótima, não faz barulho e não balança.
I bought a ceiling fan from them recently and got super good service. The seller Nathalia was super helpful and polite, she sent photos, answered questions, I really liked it. Reginaldo installer was also great, it was his second time here at home and both fans were perfect, very well installed.

Revoltado com as marcas comuns como Arno, Mallory etc fui lá pensando que encontraria algo diferenciado, fui movido pelo ódio, disposto a pagar caro no melhor ventilador do planeta. Chegando lá, Arno, Mallory, Britania, Mondial.... Pensei, ok vamos ver os modelos "para empresas". Duas marcas tupiniquins que o pedestal oscilava mais do que o mentilador em si. Aí a moça completa "nós só não recomendamos usar ele no mínimo muito tempo, é para empresa e pode queimar". Ganharam duas estrelas, pelo menos vi os tupiniquins ruins funcionando e já sei de quais correr. Novamente, a vendedora foi muito atenciosa, não tem culpa da loja possuir somente produtos médios.

Por indicação de um amigo, procurei a loja há cerca de um ano para comprar ventiladores de teto e, ao chegar lá, além de ter sido super bem atendido, tive total suporte no pós venda, para além da garantia, inclusive. Entrei na loja com a ideia de comprar apenas um aparelho, em principio, e acabei saindo de lá com quatro, devido ao atendimento e às condições oferecidas! Tive problemas com um deles duas vezes, e a loja me deu garantia total do produto, fazendo sua substituição (e de suas partes) em ambos os casos, sendo que, da segunda vez, este já nem estava mais na garantia. Descobri, depois, que os problemas no aparelho tinham sido causados pelo técnico após uma instalação mal feita mas, ainda assim, a loja se garantiu e trocou toda a unidade, mais de 12 meses após a compra. Isso, pra mim, tem nome: Excelência! O que muito se vê por aí são comerciantes que "cativam" o cliente durante a venda e, logo em seguida, o abandonam. Só quem se garante na qualidade de seus produtos e atendimento é capaz de se destacar e sobreviver em uma economia tão difícil, pois é preciso muita autoridade de mercado para agir dessa forma! Certamente ganhou meu respeito, admiração e confiança! Indico de olhos fechados e sem medo!

I entered the store with the idea of buying just one device, at first, and ended up leaving with four, due to the service and conditions offered! I had problems with one of them twice, and the store gave me a full warranty on the product, replacing it (and its parts) in both cases, and the second time, it was no longer under warranty. I later discovered that the problems with the unit had been caused by the technician after a bad installation, but the store still guaranteed and replaced the entire unit, more than 12 months after purchase. That, for me, has a name: Excellence! What you see a lot are merchants who "captivate" the customer during the sale and then abandon him. Only those who guarantee the quality of their products and service are able to stand out and survive in such a difficult economy, as it takes a lot of market authority to act in this way! It certainly earned my respect, admiration and trust! I recommend with eyes closed and without fear!
