Porem agora sabido desse fato me disponho ao possível e impossível, para em uma outra oportunidade poder deixar a verdadeira impressão sobre nosso atual atendimento e nossos serviços. De fato tivemos erros e estamos melhorando cada vez mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2018 agendei uma manutenção para o meu ar condicionado. Eles não apareceram e nem deram satisfação. Agora estamos em 2019 e nada mudou. Agendei pela última vez com essa empresa mequetrefe que não tem profissionalismo nenhum. Perdi minha tarde esperando eles virem ou ter um retorno telefônico. Não chamem eles porque eles desconhecem a palavra respeito e profissionalismo com o cliente.
In 2018 I scheduled a maintenance for my air conditioner. They did not show up or give satisfaction. It is now 2019 and nothing has changed. I last scheduled with this mequetrefe company that has no professionalism. I spent my afternoon waiting for them to come or have a phone call. Do not call them because they do not know the word respect and professionalism with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao Cliente absurdamente RUIM. Foi agendado ontem uma instalação às 14:40 de hoje, saí do trabalho e me desloquei do mesmo só para receber o instalador e acomanhar o serviço. Após uma hora de atras, ninguém da empresa retornou para avisar nada, eu tive que ligar para ter alguma informação, mesmo eu tendo pedio à Atendente Daniele(a), no dia do agendamento, que caso houvesse algum problema, que me informassem para eu não dar viagem perdida.Entratanto, não obtive nenhum retorno da Empresa. Após a segunda ligação a Atendente completamente alheia, garantiu que iria ver o que estava acontecendo e me retornaria imediatamente, pois bem esse retorno nunca aconteceu. Então, já às 16:00 eu tive que ligar novamente, e para minha surpresa a mesma atendente sem dar satifação alguma tanto pelo atraso, muito menos pela falta de retorno dela, se limitou a dizer apenas que os instaladores ainda estavam a caminho. Resultado SERVIÇO CANCELADO, se antes da instalação já está assim, imagine a qualidade do serviço. NÂO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA.
Customer Service absurdly BAD. An installation was scheduled yesterday at 14:40 today, I left work and went there just to receive the installer and support the service. After an hour ago, no one from the company returned to tell me anything, I had to call for information, even though I asked Attendant Daniele (a), on the day of the appointment, that if there was a problem, they would inform me not give lost trip. However, I did not get any return from the Company. After the second call, the Attendant was completely unrelated, he guaranteed that he would see what was happening and that he would return immediately, because that return never happened. Then, at 16:00, I had to call again, and to my surprise the same attendant without giving any satisfaction whatsoever for the delay, let alone the lack of return from her, just said that the installers were still on their way. Result CANCELED SERVICE, if it is already like this before the installation, imagine the quality of the service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Tive uma péssima experiência com essa empresa e não recomendo para ninguém. Conseguiram errar nos pontos principais do serviço: qualidade do serviço e atenção ao consumidor.
A saga começa pela tentativa de agendamento do serviço, que não cumprem os prazos (passei mais de um semana agendando o serviço e sendo desmarcado, algumas dias sem nenhum aviso, me fazendo perder meus turnos de trabalho). Mandei várias mensagens tentando deixar horário certo mas sem sucesso.
Também tem bastante dificuldade na comunicação, pois inicialmente o serviço seria feito em um único dia, depois que informaram que precisariam levar a máquina e só trariam no dia seguinte após a manutenção.
Quando achei que já tinha passado o pior, mandam os técnicos sem materiais de proteção individual (EPIs) para instalar um ar condicionado suspenso parte externa do 6 andar (isso mesmo, sem cinto, cordas, óculos ou qualquer coisa) correndo risco de acidente grave, além de mandarem com a tubulação pequena para instalação. Resultado: tiveram que voltar no outro dia para fazer uma soldagem na tubulação, e mesmo eu telefonando dizendo que estava preocupado com a segurança dos funcionários e solicitando o uso de EPI, vieram mais uma vez sem nenhum EPI.
No total, 3 vindas a minha casa, mais de uma semana de agendamentos e muito estresse.
Lack of professionalism!
I had a bad experience with this company and I don't recommend it to anyone. They managed to make mistakes in the main points of the service: quality of service and attention to the consumer.
The saga begins with the attempt to schedule the service, which does not meet the deadlines (I spent more than a week scheduling the service and being canceled, some days without any warning, making me lose my work shifts). I sent several messages trying to leave the right time but without success.
It also has a lot of difficulty in communication, because initially the service would be done in a single day, after they informed that they would need to take the machine and would only bring it in the next day after maintenance.
When I thought that the worst was over, technicians without personal protective materials (PPE) sent to install a suspended air conditioner outside the 6th floor (that's right, without a belt, ropes, glasses or anything) at the risk of a serious accident , in addition to sending with the small piping for installation. Result: they had to come back the other day to make a weld on the pipe, and even though I phoned saying that I was concerned about the safety of the employees and requesting the use of PPE, they came again without any PPE.
In total, 3 visits to my house, more than a week of appointments and a lot of stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência, gastamos 2 vezes e nada resolvido, chamamos outra empresa e nos mostrou a famosa GAMBIARRA feita . Não recomendo nunca uma empresa dessa. Sem falar que após o pagamento nunca mais respondem suas ligações para resolução de algum problema. Nota zero.
Worst experience, we spent 2 times and nothing was resolved, we called another company and showed us the famous GAMBIARRA made. I would never recommend such a company. Not to mention that after payment they never answer your calls to solve any problem. Grade zero.
