★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pisca pisca e ninguém avisou que não tinha troca ( o que é errado, pelo código do consumidor o produto tem que ser trocado se tiver danificado etc... Em até 30 dias
Fui trocar no outro dia, o pisca pisca ascendia só quando liga e depois desligava sozinho.
Assim que falei da troca no caixa, a caixa falou que não trocava pisca pisca, falei do código do consumidor e ela chamou a surpervisora ( responsável da loja ) a mesma foi super grossa! Dizendo que todas as caixas avisavam que não tinha troca, eu disse que ninguém me avisou! Ela simplesmente disse isso: ah não isso eu tenho certeza todas as caixas avisam sim.
Me chamando claramente de mentirosa!
Cadê a educação dessa moça? Deixa em casa? Mulher sem educação e arrogante
Não deveria sequer está nesse cargo já que não sabe tratar com educação um cliente!

I bought a blinker and no one told me that there was no replacement (which is wrong, according to the consumer code, the product has to be exchanged if it has been damaged, etc... Within 30 days
I went to change the other day, the blinker only turned on when it turned on and then turned off by itself.
As soon as I mentioned the exchange at the cashier, the cashier said that it didn't change the blinker, I spoke about the consumer code and she called the supervisor (store manager) and she was super rude! Saying that all the boxes warned that there was no exchange, I said that no one told me! She simply said this: oh no that I'm sure all the boxes do.
Clearly calling me a liar!
Where is this girl's education? Leave it at home? Uneducated and arrogant woman
You shouldn't even be in that position as you don't know how to deal politely with a client!
I never come back to this store
