Terrible help from the secretary, they never answer the phone and are still thick with students. Teaching leaves something to be desired, I do not recommend it!

I never get in touch, I never saw a greater disregard for the student. I ask for help from several people and no one gives correct feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! pessima estrutura para os cursos de saúde, nunca tem aula direito, vivem adiando os dias de aula pratica. Os professores são otimos, de qualidade impar, no entanto, a instituição e principalmente sua empresa-mãe Cogna (antiga Kroton), possuem uma falta de respeito e consideração enorme com o aluno. Me admira uma empresa gigante como essa agir de forma amadora e indiferente com a educação. Já aviso logo, quem quer um ensino de qualidade com materiais didáticos de qualidade, aulas ao vivo (eles dizem que são, mas e tudo gravado), materias atualizadas e materiais de laboratorio, a faculdade anhanguera de SJM não é o lugar. MAIS PROBLEMAS:
1 - VOCÊ VAI PRA FACULDADE PRA ASSISTIR A AULA GRAVADA, ALGO QUE VOCE PODERIA FAZER DE CASA, OU SEJA, NÃO É AULA PRESENCIAL
2- O PORTAL TA QUASE SEMPRE FORA DO AR, DIFICILMENTE ELES RESOLVEM MESMO RESETANDO A SENHA
3- MUITOS CURSOS LISTADOS NO ENCARTE NÃO EXISTEM NA UNIDADE, EXEMPLO DISSO FOI ELES TEREM CANCELADO A TURMA DE BIOLOGIA E DEIXAREM OS ALUNOS AO LÉU COM TRANSFERENCIA
4- A GRADE É FIXA, ENTÃO VOCE NÃO MONTA O PLANO DE ESTUDOS.
5- E MUITO FACIL ELES TE COLOCAREM EM UM HORARIO QUE NÃO TEM TURMA, EXEMPLO DISSO FOI COLOCAREM ALUNOS DO CURSO DE BIOMEDICINA NO HORARIO DA MANHA SEM TER TURMA PRO MESMO HORARIO.
6- O MATERIAL DIDATICO QUE ELES FORNECEM E REPLETO DE ERROS E A TUTORA ONLINE NÃO TE RESPONDE.
Terrible! very bad structure for the health courses, there is never a right class, they keep putting off the days of practical classes. The teachers are great, of unrivaled quality, however, the institution and especially its parent company Cogna (formerly Kroton), have a huge lack of respect and consideration for the student. I admire a giant company like this to act in an amateur way and indifferent to education. I'll let you know right away, for those who want quality teaching with quality teaching materials, live classes (they say they are, but it's all recorded), updated materials and laboratory materials, the anhanguera faculty of SJM is not the place. MORE PROBLEMS:
1 - YOU GO TO COLLEGE TO WATCH THE RECORDED CLASS, SOMETHING YOU COULD DO FROM HOME, THAT IS, IT IS NOT CLASSROOM
2- THE PORTAL IS ALMOST ALWAYS OUT OF AIR, THEY HARDLY RESOLVE EVEN RESETTING THE PASSWORD
3- MANY COURSES LISTED IN THE INSERT DON'T EXIST IN THE UNIT, AN EXAMPLE OF THAT WAS THEY HAVE CANCELED THE BIOLOGY CLASS AND LEAVE THE STUDENTS AT THE LIGHT WITH TRANSFER
4- THE GRID IS FIXED, SO YOU DON'T SET THE STUDY PLAN.
5- IT IS VERY EASY FOR THEM TO PUT YOU INTO A SCHEDULE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A CLASS, AN EXAMPLE OF THAT WAS PUTTING STUDENTS OF THE BIOMEDICINE COURSE IN THE MORNING TIME WITHOUT HAVING A CLASS FOR THE SAME TIME.
6- THE TEACHING MATERIAL THEY PROVIDE IS FULL OF ERRORS AND THE ONLINE TUTOR DOES NOT ANSWER YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima faculdade não recomendo a ninguém. tranquei minha matricula na faculdade no polo de nova Iguaçu, porem depois de alguns meses a unidade foi fechada. estou a meses tentando falar com alguém da faculdade pois estão me cobrando uma divida absurda, tentei ligar para vários números diferentes da faculdade para falar com alguém e tirar duvidas, mas para resolver problemas só tem atendimento eletrônico e no atendimento eletrônico te mandam entrar no portal do aluno ou ir a unidade (que foi fechada) para sanar problemas. só consegue falar com alguma pessoa física quando e para fazer matricula que do interesse deles. fui a outras unidades e dizem que não podem resolver por se tratar de unidades diferentes e te mandam ligar para os números que estão no sites que não adianta nada. um absurdo! total falta de respeito com aluno.
bad college do not recommend it to anyone. I locked my college enrollment at the Nova Iguaçu hub, but after a few months the unit was closed. I've been trying to talk to someone from college for months because they're charging me an absurd debt, I've tried to call several different numbers at the college to talk to someone and ask questions, but to solve problems there's only electronic assistance and they tell you to enter the portal of the student or going to the unit (which was closed) to solve problems. you can only talk to a physical person when and to make a registration that is of interest to them. I went to other units and they say they can't solve it because they are different units and they tell you to call the numbers on the websites, which doesn't do any good. nonsense! total lack of respect for students.

Além de não ter organização nenhuma da secretaria, estão me cobrando uma mensalidade ABSURDA no valor de 1.200 reais alegando serviço prestado até 20/10/2021 sendo que em Julho havia pegado minha transferência pra outra faculdade! PÉSSIMA, não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo.
TERRIBLE college. In addition to not having any organization from the secretary, they are charging me an ABSURD monthly fee in the amount of 1,200 reais claiming service provided until 10/20/2021 and in July I had taken my transfer to another college! TERRIBLE, I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
