Foi um prazer para nós, Débora e eu, termos a oportunidade de conhecer um pouco mais da história da Cacau Miranda e do povo Caiçara.

Casa Miranda is a super cozy inn, with a hearty breakfast, with natural juices, fruits, cheese bread, etc, all made with a lot of love for Cocoa.
Music, history, and good prose guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, eu e meu companheiro não tivemos uma boa experiência, o nosso quarto não estava limpo, tinha areia pelo chão e o banheiro estava sujo, como iríamos ficar muitos dias e ainda pelo fato do nosso quarto estar mofado resolvemos trocar de pousada, pois já havíamos pagado os dias usufruídos. A dona da pousada não sabe ouvir críticas dos hóspedes e ficou mandando várias mensagens sendo irônica e nos ofendendo pelo Whatsapp, além disso a Cacau, dona da pousada, é extremamente negacionista, é contra vacina e não incentiva o uso da máscara na pousada, tivemos que aturar o discurso de que os comunistas irão dominar o mundo.
Unfortunately, my partner and I did not have a good experience, our room was not clean, there was sand on the floor and the bathroom was dirty, as we were going to stay for many days and also because our room was moldy we decided to change hostels, because we had paid for the days used. The owner of the inn doesn't know how to listen to criticism from the guests and sent several messages being ironic and offending us by Whatsapp, in addition to Cacau, owner of the inn, is extremely denialist, is against vaccine and does not encourage the use of the mask in the inn, we had to put up with the speech that the communists will dominate the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa estadia foi péssima! Desde que marcamos a viagem, avisamos a Cacau que chegaríamos no primeiro ônibus de Paraty para Trindade. Ela disse que tudo bem, sem problemas. Qdo chegamos na pousada ficamos esperando por mais de 1 hora até ela acordar e nos atender (o site diz que o café começa as 07h, mas ela só nos atendeu perto das 08h). Até aí tudo bem. Mas o pior aconteceu depois. Ao pegarmos a chave do quarto, ele estava imundo, cheio de areia (MUITA areia) pelo quarto, com o chão até marrom. No banheiro, TINHAM RESTO DE URINA E FEZES na privada, a saboneteira e o local do papel higiênico estavam totalmente pretos de tanta sujeira. Os azulejos estavam nojentos, pretos de muita sujeira, de mto tempo sem limpar. Ao encostar o dedo, saiam toda essa carga de sujeira preta. Qdo fomos avisar a Cacau, ela disse que dava para "passar uma vassoura", resultado: nós mesmo limpamos nosso quarto e nosso banheiro depois de 12 horas de viagem, para conseguir ficar no local. O quarto também tinha MUITO mofo, totalmente diferente das fotos publicadas no site e nas mídias. Mesmo assim tentamos ficar na pousada, mas era impossível dormir no quarto, totalmente abafado e com mofo. Saímos após nossa terceira diárias (já paga) e a Cacau ficou enviando mensagens de ameaça e cunho religioso ironizando nossa posição, como se fôssemos obrigamos a ficar na pousada, mesmo com toda sujeira. Antes de nossa resposta, Cacau nos bloqueou, mostrando uma infantilidade tamanha. Experiência surrealmente horrível. Além disso, Cacau não incentiva o uso de máscaras na pousada (que também estava tão suja que parecia uma república estudantil).
Our stay was terrible! Since we booked the trip, we told Cacau that we would arrive on the first bus from Paraty to Trindade. She said fine, no problem. When we arrived at the inn, we waited for more than 1 hour for her to wake up and serve us (the website says that the coffee starts at 07:00, but she only saw us around 08:00). So far so good. But the worst happened later. When we got the room key, it was filthy, full of sand (LOTS of sand) around the room, with the floor even brown. In the bathroom, THERE WAS URINE AND feces left in the toilet, the soap dish and toilet paper place were totally black from so much dirt. The tiles were disgusting, black from a lot of dirt, not cleaned for a long time. When you touch your finger, all this load of black dirt comes out. When we went to tell Cacau, she said that we could "pass a broom", the result: we cleaned our room and our bathroom after 12 hours of travel, in order to stay in the place. The room also had a LOT of mold, totally different from the photos posted on the website and in the media. Even so, we tried to stay at the inn, but it was impossible to sleep in the room, totally stuffy and moldy. We left after our third night (already paid) and Cacau kept sending threatening and religious messages mocking our position, as if we were forced to stay at the inn, even with all the dirt. Before our answer, Cocoa blocked us, showing such childishness. Surprisingly horrible experience. Also, Cocoa doesn't encourage the use of masks at the inn (which was also so dirty it looked like a student house).
