We love our sofa! We bought with Rafaela on Black Friday, great payment conditions. The sofa is very comfortable and elegant, it made the house complete! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi incrível. Desde a primeira visita a loja até a entrega tudo foi perfeito. Tivemos praticamente uma consultoria com o Armando que mostrou todos itens da loja destacando os lados positivos e negativos pensando no nosso objetivo.
Depois que fechamos o pedido (por um preço justo) foram super atenciosos, coisa rara de ver nesse segmento, e também recebemos o sofá e mesa tudo no prazo combinado.
Ganharam um cliente, sempre que eu precisar voltarei na loja sem pensar duas vezes.
The experience was incredible. From the first visit to the store to delivery, everything was perfect. We practically had a consultation with Armando who showed all items in the store highlighting the positive and negative sides thinking about our goal.
After we closed the order (for a fair price) they were super attentive, a rare thing to see in this segment, and we also received the sofa and table all on time.
They gained a customer, whenever I need I will come back to the store without a second thought.
