★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente foi desgastante comprar móveis nesta loja. As datas combinadas não foram cumpridas, foi uma luta para irem montar, meu esposo pegou folga atoa contando com eles e saiu prejudicado, pois não cumpriram o horário combinado no dia que foi marcado (mediante a quase cancelar-mos a compra que foi paga a vista) e ainda montaram o roupeiro pela metade para terminar em outro dia que eles pudessem, ou seja, como a casa estaria vazia, novamente foi preciso sair do trabalho e ficar disponíveis e dependentes da boa vontade de cumprirem com algo que foi dito.
Fora que deixaram meu roupeiro sem uma dobradiça que veio com defeito e até hoje, uns dois meses depois nem questão de entrar em contato para uma satisfação não tiveram coragem. Foi nos dito também que não era possível trocar as dobradiças por dobradiças com amortecedor pois não era compatível, e de tão estressante que estavam sendo esses processos e contatos, preferimos abrir mão da garantia, buscar uma segunda opinião e comprar por nossa conta as dobradiças com pistão de amortecimento das portas, instalar , regular e nunca mais na vida ter que lidar com o serviço dessa loja.
Na hora de receber o dinheiro a vista a lábia foi profissional, mas o serviço não foi compatível.
Se fosse hoje eu ia preferir comprar na concorrente o mesmo produto da mesma marca um pouco mais caro, mas que não tivesse sido tão desgastante.
 Honestly it was exhausting to buy furniture at this store. The agreed dates were not fulfilled, it was a struggle to go riding, my husband took time off counting on them and was prejudiced, as they did not keep the agreed time on the day that was scheduled (by almost canceling the purchase that was paid at view) and even set up the wardrobe in half to finish on another day that they could, that is, as the house would be empty, again it was necessary to leave work and be available and dependent on the willingness to comply with something that was said.
Besides, they left my wardrobe without a hinge that came with a defect and even today, a couple of months later, not even a question of getting in touch for a satisfaction, they didn't have the courage. We were also told that it was not possible to exchange the hinges for hinges with a shock absorber because it was not compatible, and because these processes and contacts were so stressful, we prefer to waive the guarantee, seek a second opinion and buy the hinges with our own damping piston of the doors, install, regulate and never again in life having to deal with the service of that store.
At the time of receiving the cash, the speech was professional, but the service was not compatible.
If it were today, I would prefer to buy from the competitor the same product from the same brand, a little more expensive, but that would not have been so exhausting.

Não indico tem outras lojas bem melhores inclusive qualidade

Vieram instalar o painel, e quando os funcionários chegaram a tv estava LIGADA e funcionando normalmente, desliguei todos os aparelhos para ser feita a instalação. Quando eles terminaram, minha televisão estava DANIFICADA! ou seja, na hora de encaixar a tv no painel, eles forçaram demais, e quebrou. Entrei em contato com a loja, e eles não quiseram se responsabilizar. Fui mal atendida, e ainda tiveram a coragem de dizer que foi meu filho de 3 anos que quebrou. Sendo que no momento da instalação, ele estava na escola.
Não recomendo essa loja para ninguém!
Cuidado! Eles não cumprem o que prometem!

They came to install the panel, and when the employees arrived the tv was ON and working normally, I turned off all the devices to be installed. When they finished, my television was DAMAGED! that is, when fitting the TV to the panel, they forced it too much, and it broke. I contacted the store, and they were not responsible. I was poorly attended, and they even had the courage to say that it was my 3-year-old son who broke. Being that at the time of installation, he was at school.
I do not recommend this store to anyone!
