★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa, tem vários produtos e o preço é bom, mas, porém fui super mal atendido, o vendedor não me dava atenção, falava com outro cliente e me deixava de lado e ainda quando disse que o plugue provavelmente não daria e perguntei se ele teria algum para ver se cabia, ele disse que fazia aquilo a vida toda, que eu estava errado e ainda discutiu comigo. Após o ocorrido, fui embora, voltei depois de algum tempo e fui muito bem atendido, inclusive ele me fez levar outro produto que me atenderia melhor e ainda levei uma outra coisa, atendimento totalmente diferente. Em virtude da loja ser boa e terem bons vendedores, a péssima experiência somada a outra boa me faz dar apenas 3 estrelas para a loja.
The store is good, has several products and the price is good, but, however, I was very poorly attended, the seller did not pay attention to me, spoke to another customer and left me aside and even when I said that the plug probably would not work and I asked if he had one to see if it fit, he said he did it his whole life, that i was wrong and even argued with me. After what happened, I left, I came back after some time and I was very well attended, even he made me take another product that would serve me better and I also took something else, totally different service. Because the store is good and has good salespeople, the bad experience added to another good one makes me only give 3 stars to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui algumas vezes e o atendimento era sempre ótimo, mas sábado comprei um filtro de barro, que no manual consta que tem o filtro, torneira, vela e bóia. Mas não veio a bóia, liguei agora para perguntar e me mandaram ficar enchendo em cima só a quantidade de água suficiente pra não vazar. Esse atendente deveria sugerir que a fábrica editasse o manual pra simplificar o trabalho dele mais ainda ne kkkk. Caiu no meu conceito infelizmente. SE eu voltar lá, vou ter que ser MEGA minuciosa ao comprar algo para saber se o produto realmente vem completo como consta no manual, fica a dica pra vocês.
I've been a few times and the service was always great, but on Saturday I bought a clay filter, which in the manual says it has the filter, tap, candle and float. But the float didn't come, I called now to ask and they told me to fill it with just enough water to keep it from leaking. This attendant should suggest that the factory edit the manual to simplify his work even more ne kkkk. It fell into my concept unfortunately. IF I go back there, I will have to be MEGA thorough when buying something to find out if the product really comes complete as shown in the manual, here's the tip for you.
