★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 latas de tinta de uma cor do catálogo suvinil, depois de 3 dias precisei comprar mais um galão para fazer os recortes de cantos e teto e para minha surpresa a tinta veio com um tom totalmente diferente. Consultei o grande vendedor Américo e este disse que chegaria no tom depois de 4 horas de secagem, depois das 4 horas que não chegou no tom me disse que sempre que for pintar não posso fazer recortes, precisarei pintar uma demão geral Se não dá diferença mesmo. Resultado, comprei mais 2 latas de outra loja para aplicar mais 2 demão geral e ter minhas paredes no mesmo tom. Depois de reclamar o vendedor simplismente ignorou minhas mensagens. Péssimo pós venda.
I bought 2 cans of paint of one color from suvinil catalog, after 3 days I had to buy another gallon to make the cutouts of corners and ceiling and to my surprise the paint came with a totally different tone. I consulted the great salesman Americo and he said that he would arrive in the tone after 4 hours of drying, after the 4 hours that did not arrive in the tone told me that whenever I paint I can not make cuttings, I will need to paint a general coat . As a result, I bought 2 more cans from another store to apply 2 more general coat and have my walls in the same shade. After complaining the seller simply ignored my messages. Poor after sale.
