Demorado independente do horário, 4 pessoas pra atender 2 clientes ou seja 4 pessoas atendem 2 clientes ao mesmo tempo super errado, fora que se você fizer pix eles não conferem na hora o dinheiro na conta você que tem que mandar o comprovante no whats aí demora um tempo até eles olharem, enfim não recomendo.
Very bad service! Delayed regardless of the time, 4 people to serve 2 customers that is 4 people serve 2 customers at the same time super wrong, apart from that if you make a pix they don't check the money in the account at the time you have to send the proof on whats there it takes a while until they look, anyway I do not recommend.

Ao telefone, um rapaz me confirmou que tinha um produto em estoque.. Me desloquei até a loja pra realizar a compra e chegando lá queriam me vender outro produto tentando me convencer de que era "a mesma coisa"
Questionei e disse que não era a mesma coisa.. Pois a marca oferecia produtos parecidos para finalidades diferentes, o que implica no resultado final do trabalho.. E mesmo assim uma atendente ficou dizendo "é a mesma coisa.. Serve do mesmo jeito.." querendo resolver logo a questão..
Fui embora sem o produto que precisava e ainda tive o gasto com o deslocamento por falta de competência da equipe em verificar disponibilidade de um produto..

On the phone, a guy confirmed that he had a product in stock. I went to the store to make the purchase and when I got there they wanted to sell me another product trying to convince me that it was "the same thing"
I asked and said it wasn't the same thing.. Because the brand offered similar products for different purposes, which implies the final result of the work.. And even so, an attendant kept saying "it's the same thing.. It works the same way. ." wanting to resolve the issue soon..
I left without the product I needed and I still had the expense of traveling due to the lack of competence of the team to check availability of a product..
