Tive um imóvel locado por eles, no termino da cláusula de 1 ano a inquilina sai do imóvel deixando em péssimo estado de uso, estragou meus móveis e não pintou o imóvel, reclamei o proprietário da imobiliária, que inclusive repassou o dinheiro do depósito de uma outra locação minha para inquilina, mesmo deixando o imóvel nas condições que deixou, ele disse que mandaria um boleto com o valor do prejuízo, até hoje estou esperando esse valor, tive um prejuízo de 1500,00 e ainda tive que baixar o valor da futura locação para o inquilino arrumar a casa. Toda vez que entrava em contato com ele era estúpido e me tratava mal, não só comigo mas com meu irmão também que tinha uma casa com ele alugada tb, no final retirei minha casa dessa imobiliária e não quero nem passar lá na frente.

I had a property rented by them, at the end of the 1 year clause the tenant leaves the property leaving in bad condition, damaged my furniture and did not paint the property, I complained the owner of the real estate, who even passed the money of the deposit of a another lease of mine for tenant, even leaving the property in the conditions he left, he said he would send a ticket with the value of the loss, I'm still expecting this amount, I had a loss of 1500.00 and still had to lower the value of the future lease for the tenant to tidy the house. Every time I came in contact with him, he was stupid and treated me badly, not only with me but with my brother, who also had a house with him rented too, in the end I removed my house from this real estate and do not even want to go there.

Ao final da locação. a inquilina ficou um período sem pagar aluguel, deixou meus móveis em mal estado de conservação, reclamei estas situações com o dono da imobiliária que me disse que entraria com ação para receber o valor devido por ela, porém depois quando o procurei para receber, ele me tratou mal e com descaso e ficou por isso mesmo. Até hoje nada recebi, fiquei tão desgostoso com a situação que resolvi vender o imóvel. Pela falta de respeito que tive nesta situação, não indico este escritório.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechamos um chalé, 9 pessoas, porém não fomos informados que era permitido 8 pessoas, ficamos nervosos, pois estávamos com compras no carro, esperando horas p/ poder pegar a chave, porque chegamos lá antes do horário.
Enfim, não conseguimos entrar no chalé, mas o corretor, foi atencioso, achou outra casa com mais espaço, valor super acessível.
Obrigado!!!
We closed a chalet, 9 people, but were not informed that 8 people were allowed, we were nervous because we were shopping in the car, waiting hours to get the key, because we got there before the time.
Anyway, we could not enter the cottage, but the broker, was attentive, found another house with more space, super affordable value.
