Entrei em contato com a oficina do Bigode e fui atendido por seu filho, Moisés, que foi extremamente prestativo e educado. Expliquei a urgência do problema e ele pediu que eu levasse o veículo no mesmo dia. Como o problema era um pouco complicado de ser resolvido, ele nos disse que ficaria pronto no dia seguinte. Dito e feito. Apesar da dificuldade, ele conseguiu resolver com extrema rapidez e eficiência o vazamento! Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a qualidade do trabalho e com o atendimento, certamente recomendaria! Não é a toa que é uma das mecânicas mais bem avaliadas da cidade!
During a trip to the coast, I had a problem with a water leak in my vehicle on the eve of my return home. I contacted the Bigode workshop and was assisted by his son, Moisés, who was extremely helpful and polite. I explained the urgency of the problem and he asked me to take the vehicle the same day. As the problem was a bit complicated to solve, he told us it would be ready the next day. No sooner said than done. Despite the difficulty, he managed to resolve the leak extremely quickly and efficiently! We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the service, I would certainly recommend it! No wonder it's one of the best rated mechanics in town!

Fomos na mecânica do Bigode, que além de ser super simpático, gentil e honesto, colocou novas fivelas, super rápidinho e sem cobrar nada. Voltei para SP com o carro arrumadinho e sem fazer nenhum barulho. Pessoas que fazem a diferença pela sua honestidade e caráter! !Muito obrigada Bigode!!!
I was in caragua when my car's front lower guard broke. We went to the Bigode mechanics, which besides being super friendly, kind and honest, put on new buckles, super fast and without charging anything.
