★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolvi comentar aqui pois á muito tempo, minha prima trabalhou nesse lugar como atendente e sofreu muito com uma supervisora que era deste posto. Essa "super" humilhava algumas pessoas,chamando a atenção na frente dos munícipes, usava algumas pessoas para saber de fofoca de outras,colocava a equipe uns contra os outros,se soubesse que algum funcionário tinha as "costas quentes",ela se aproximava por puro interesse!Só tratava bem quem era puxa saco dela. Não sei se essa mulher trabalha ainda ai,pois ela tinha má fama.Minha prima gostava muito do que fazia mas não do local, pois era longe para ela e também o ambiente era muito pesado,pois tinha muitas fofoca e intrigas. Quando foi mandada embora devido a um corte de funcionários,minha prima ficou muito deprimida, pois tinham pessoas de "costas quentes" que deitavam e rolavam mas não foram dispensados!!! Não é porque é minha prima mas ela é uma pessoa muito boa e esforçada e não curte esses tipos de coisas que acontecem.Quanto ao fato de não terem vagas,não é culpa dos atendentes,pois o sistema disponibiliza as vagas de acordo com o perfil da pessoa.
I decided to comment here because a long time ago, my cousin worked in this place as an attendant and suffered a lot with a supervisor who was at this post. This "super" humiliated some people, drawing attention in front of the residents, using some people to hear other people's gossip, pitting the team against each other, if she knew that an employee had a "hot back", she approached by pure interest! Only treated well who was kissing ass of her. I don't know if this woman still works there, as she had a bad reputation. My cousin liked what she did a lot but not the place, as it was far away for her and also the atmosphere was very heavy, as there was a lot of gossip and intrigue. When she was sent away due to a staff cut, my cousin was very depressed, because there were people with "hot backs" who lay and rolled but were not dismissed!!! It's not because she's my cousin, but she's a very good and hardworking person and doesn't like these kinds of things that happen. As for the fact that they don't have vacancies, it's not the attendants' fault, as the system makes the vacancies available according to the profile person's.
