Não tem interesse em resolver o problema das pessoas mas sim, mandar elas para qualquer outro lugar, sem ao menos ouvir a questão.

O local é bom, só não gostei do atendimento de dois funcionários principalmente a pessoa que faz o preenchimento da ficha lá na frente e a funcionária que aplica anestesia nós animais. Firam muito mal educado, não tem preparo pra falar com as as pessoas. Não é porque é gratuito que tem que destratar as pessoas.
Complaint about castrating dogs and cats. The location is good, I just didn't like the service provided by two employees, especially the person who fills out the form at the front and the employee who administers anesthesia to the animals. They are very rude, they are not prepared to talk to people. It's not because it's free that you have to mistreat people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar vazio, expliquei estar com dificuldades para fazer o cadastro da senha Web e mesmo assim a pessoa só soube falar que eu tenho de agendar. Mas se eu não sei quais documentos trazer e é justamente essa ajuda que eu fui procurar se eu agendar irei com documentos faltantes. Dar informação correta faltando 30 minutos para ir embora, não deu.
