Comprei um jogo de cordas para violão , levei ao Luthier na mesma hora para que colocasse no instrumento , ao abrir a embalagem , vimos que as cordas que estavam dentro eram cordas velhas ,que já haviam sido usadas por outra pessoa. Até aí tudo bem , pois com certeza eles não tinham a intenção de vender algo desse jeito , estava na cara que alguém de fora colocou cordas velhas no lugar das novas ... Mas quando voltei na loja , no maximá 15 minutos após a compra , para que eu trocasse o acordoamento , eles duvidaram da minha palavra , so faltou me chamar de ladrão... Afirmando que era impossível a corda ter saído daquele jeito ... com muito custo a troca foi feita , mas a situação foi lamentável por parte deles , coitados ... que arrogância por parte dos responsáveis que geraram isso , perderam um cliente .

So far so good , because they certainly did not intend to sell something like that , it was obvious that someone from the outside put old ropes in place of new ones ... But when I came back to the store , at most 15 minutes after the purchase , for me to change the agreement , they doubted my word , they just needed to call me a thief ... Claiming that it was impossible for the rope to have come out that way ... with great cost the exchange was made , but the situation was regrettable on the part of them, poor things ... that arrogance on the part of the responsible ones that generated this, lost a client.
