Tentei marcar duas vezes e me disseram na última hora que houve imprevistos com as médicas, resumindo, perdi o dia no meu trabalho pois não apresentei o atestado que eu deveria ter apresentado por negligência deste consultório!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Passam a perna encima dos pacientes. Me encaminharam para uma ressonância magnética com outro laboratório, me cobrando um valor de R$100 maior do que o próprio laboratório que me atendeu.
Quando fiquei ciente do acontecido, vieram falar que era minha culpa de ter aceitado, sendo que eles mesmos se ofereceram e que quando perguntei sobre os descontos com o meu plano, me disseram que o valor era aquele mesmo.
O que eles fizeram foi preencher um papel para me mandar para outro laboratório pelo valor de R$100.
Terrible attendance. They pass the leg over the patients. They sent me for an MRI with another laboratory, charging me R $ 100 more than the laboratory that attended me.
When I became aware of what happened, they came to say that it was my fault for having accepted, since they offered themselves and that when I asked about the discounts with my plan, they told me that the value was the same.
What they did was fill out a paper to send me to another laboratory for R $ 100.
