Fui resgatar um chip, só recebem dinheiro em espécie, não trabalham com cartão de débito e crédito, NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAL DO CHIP.

Mas, em relação a NOTA FISCAL, aguardem visita do FISCAL da SEFAZ/CE.

I went to redeem a chip, they only receive cash, do not work with debit and credit cards, DO NOT ISSUE CHIP INVOICE.

WORST OI STORE IN FORTALEZA.
But, regarding the INVOICE, wait for a visit from the SEFAZ/CE INVOICE.

Good service. My only complaint is that the company only accepts payment in cash for chip redemption, without the possibility of paying via pix or card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, já trabalhei HONESTAMENTE com telefonia e vou deixar claro para os usuários dessa loja que não existe isso de pagar somente em espécie o valor do chip e muito menos ser obrigado a fazer um plano para resgatar o chip. Essa conduta é ilegal e deve ser denunciada a Anatel. Espero ter ajudado!
Come on, I have HONESTLY worked with telephony and I will make it clear to the users of this store that there is no such thing as paying only in cash the value of the chip, much less being forced to make a plan to redeem the chip. This conduct is illegal and must be reported to Anatel. Hope this helps!
