★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os funcionários são muito educados, atenciosos, eu estive lá para realizar exames no meu filho, a demora q teve foi para o convênio autorizar, pq justo aquele dia o sistema do convênio estava bem ruim, mas de resto, elas são bem atenciosas, e o local é de fácil acesso e muito limpo, super recomendo.
All the staff are very polite, attentive, I was there to perform exams on my son, the delay q had was for the agreement to authorize, because just that day the system of the agreement was very bad, but otherwise, they are well thoughtful, and the place is easy to access and very clean, super recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, realizam os exames exatamente nos horários agendado, respeitando os pacientes. Comunicam o agendamento por WhatsApp e a recepção é ótima. Recomendo fortemente a clínica. Pena não terem estacionamento, e nem convênio logo à frente. Fica a recomendação!
Excellent service, they perform the exams exactly at the scheduled times, respecting the patients. Communicate the scheduling via WhatsApp and the reception is great. I strongly recommend the clinic. Too bad they don't have parking, and I don't even have an agreement right ahead. The recommendation remains!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e única vez nessa clinica , cheguei antes 9 as 9:30 esperando , fui pedir informações uma mulher muito grossa (mala) na recepção da sala de espera disse que era só continuar esperando que chamaria para fazer a ficha e depois de 20 min estaria na sala do médico para fazer o exame ! Eu cheguei antes das 9 horas , ela falou que meu horário era as 10 em voz alterando o tom de voz eu disse que iria ir embora ela foi andando atrás de mim e da minha família em tom de voz alterado (aos berros) eu cancelei meus exames e chegou uma mulher atrasada que seria das 9 horas e ela falou que ela iria ser atendida no meu horário cínica.
Falta de respeito eu estava com bebê recém nascido uma criança de 2 anos e uma de 6 anos , eu não estava na clínica pedindo um favor o mínimo que tem que ter pela pessoa é respeito , eu tenho um câncer estou fazendo o pré operatório para fazer cirurgia ! Perdi o dia a manhã toda e a data do exame graças a uma pessoa despreparada .
First and only time at this clinic, I arrived before 9:00 to 9:30 am waiting, I went to ask for information a very thick woman (suitcase) at the reception in the waiting room said that I just had to keep waiting, she would call to make the file and after 20 min I would be in the doctor's room to take the exam! I arrived before 9 am, she said that my time was 10 in her voice changing her tone of voice I said I would leave she walked behind me and my family in a changed tone of voice (screaming) I canceled my exams and a woman arrived late at 9 am and she said she would be seen in my cynical schedule.
Lack of respect I was with a newborn baby , a 2 year old and a 6 year old , I was not at the clinic asking for a favor the least I have for the person is respect , I have cancer I am doing the pre operative period to do it surgery ! I missed the whole morning and the exam date thanks to an unprepared person.
