★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando uma estrela pq não existe a opção de não dar nenhuma, senão não daria. Dra. Helena é ótima, nota 10 pra ela. Mas, hoje fui a clínica com consulta agendada para as 9:00h com Dr. Edson (oftalmologista) e sequer fui atendida, pois desisti! Tinham muitas pessoas na minha frente e a espera seria longa. Cheguei com 45 minutos de antecedência pra ficar tudo certinho, mas não valeu de nada. Ao questionar a demora as secretárias foram agressivas dizendo que a reclamação deveria ser feita com o médico! Quando eu disse que iria embora, pois não poderia esperar a secretária de óculos me entregou o documento e carteirinha do seguro saúde e sequer me pediu desculpas pelo incoveniente. Resumindo, péssimas profissionais. E quanto ao médico deveria respeitar o paciente e atender no horário agendado, afinal de contas quem tem o dia inteiro pra esperar? Nem no SUS espera-se tanto!
I'm giving a star because there is no option to give none, otherwise I wouldn't. Dr. Helena is great, grade 10 for her. But, today I went to the clinic with an appointment scheduled for 9:00 am with Dr. Edson (ophthalmologist) and I wasn't even seen, because I gave up! There were a lot of people in front of me and the wait would be long. I arrived 45 minutes early to make sure everything was fine, but it was worthless. When questioning the delay, the secretaries were aggressive saying that the complaint should be made with the doctor! When I said I was leaving, because I couldn't wait, the glasses secretary handed me the health insurance document and card and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. In short, terrible professionals. And what about the doctor should respect the patient and attend at the scheduled time, after all who has the whole day to wait? Not even in SUS is it expected so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a uma consulta apenas para tratar de uma inflamação nos olhos, qual foi diagnosticada como infecção, apenas me foi passado um colírio antibiótico e só, e 3 dias depois a mancha que era um ponto no olho passou a ser uma vírgula (uma ferida, ou seja, úlcera).
Fui a outro oftalmologista e meus olhos estão se recuperando de forma incrível.
Não recomendo.
I went to a consultation just to treat an inflammation in the eyes, which was diagnosed as an infection, I was just given an antibiotic eye drops and that's it, and 3 days later the spot that was a spot in the eye became a comma (a wound, i.e. ulcer).
I went to another eye doctor and my eyes are recovering amazingly.
I do not recommend.
